Today I am sharing review of the favorite Celine bag. So many questions I have received about this bag in the past year, so I decided that video after full year of using is a good idea to do.
To answer all your question and show you how this beauty is holding up after one year.
I was not sure how often I will use this bag but it happened to be one of the most used pieces in my collection.
The medium size is very practical as day to night handbag, only one thing I would do different if I was deciding for this bag now. Do I regret owning this one, no but .... in the video :)
Next week I will turn 38 and at this point of my life, I prefer only quality over quantity, moving to Europe showed me how much stuff I had which I never used yet I kept it for longer then I should.
If I can give you one advice, take your time before purchasing luxury items, so you don't end up with many items just sitting in your closet.

I adore the look of this bag so chic! I would love to see an updated jewelry collection video. In Miami it can be catty so I understand her question but it’s sad things are that way. this is such a fantastic review, thank you for the frank and indepth info, i love it. the triomphe put me off because of the tricky clasp - i just couldn’t imagine struggling to open or close a bag which should be a single-handed smooth effortless action. i remember watching your original review but can’t recall your comments about the classic that you compared with. i like a classic design that doesn’t have its brand plastered everywhere (not refined) & preferably no logo or a logo that works as a design element such as the triomphe. maybe i should have a look at this again. i like celine very much & also don’t believe in babysitting my belongings.
and yes, everyone should definitely get what they want, but for themselves & not to show off or be bowed by peer pressure. i’m 100% about quality so if a « luxury brand » doesn’t live up to quality, it’s not worth it. 💗
Yes very true, I was comparing Celine to Classic Chanel in my Chanel unboxing in Paris 😬 sorry for the confusion 😬 the clasp was annoying from the beginning but now it’s super convenient, let’s say I was in a subway with lots of people, nobody can open this bag and steel lol but once you have it for while your fingers adjust to the movement of opening it. It’s incredibly beautiful bag and I definitely want summer color next year 😀

Yes the price is not ideal but so far it seems like great investment because the quality is incredible. Wish it was cheaper lol I remember getting mad on inside while buying it because of the price lol 😂

I got this bag recently to add to my collection. Now I want one in some sort of cream or brown neutral. I had not considered a smaller one since I have four Chanels, including a WOC in black caviar with gold, so that is the one I would use when I want a clutch. I also got a Meniere and a beautiful Kurt Geiger bag, both of which have jeweled clasps that are nice for evening events. I am a new subscriber -- thank you for this review. I buy my bags no matter what my friends have!! I agree, I love it when my friends have great things and experiences. I am fulfilled myself. 💕💕

I still love my LV reverse monogram *yutulux* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
Hi Iveta i agree with you smaller bags are more versatile. I have Chanel jumbo in black, and i barely wearing it. The only time i am wearing its when i wear all black, and more so in fall/ winter. But once i get a small black bag, the jumbo will not be needed. I might even sell it then🤔 I also want a beige color bag. Its crazy world, i know what you mean. You need to add taser or pepper spray in your bag😱🤪😜😂 i can feel you on that, i had stalker too, here in SF . It was crazy. He would leave the notes on my car. My husband, then my boyfriend bought me right away taser and pepper spray and alarm. … 😳Have a blessed day🙏🧡
I had many tools in my bags and car as well, even on my keys since the experience. ☹️ glad we got rid of them.
Anyways, I think you should keep your jumbo, you may regret it later if you sell it, I still love my jumbo bag and the price of new one is insane.

Great review! I just got the same one. I love it and rarely see anyone with a Celine bag which I also like. Have you noticed any slight wrinkling near the edges by the stitching or wrinkling on the strap?
No not yet, it’s all in great condition. It definitely is great quality handbag. Did you get the medium size, I wonder how is the small size.

I personally love the smaller size and if I go for another one I get the teen because it’s great for the evening as well. And you are petite so the medium size will look big on you. Teen is great 🥰🙏🏻

what are your thoughts on the triomphe in made to order from the haute maroquinerie collection?
Well I think it’s very about personal preferences. I think made to order is great way of how to delivery what client desires without overproducing, specially if it comes to exotic leather, too much of waste in fashion industry.

Awww thank you. Here people are tall like it’s weird how tall people are here. When I was teenager I would wear heels even to grocery store because I was so uncomfortable 😫😩😂

even until now im still confused which brand & model ive to choose to buy between celine-triomphe medium in black color or ysl-solferino medium bag in black color😂..can u give me an advice then?..solferino is cheaper than triomphe, & the shape of solferino bag is stiffer i think than triomphe..
That is difficult to tell because I never had the YSL bag, I personally love YSL design as well but I personally preferred the Celine. I think it truly comes up to your brand preferences and how much you want to spend. They are super similar styles. Sorry I can’t help more but it truly just comes to brand preferences as both are great. 😃 and you won’t make wrong choice. 🙏🏻
I was in the same situation! In the end, I‘ve chosen the Celine because I think it has more space than the YSL plus the strap of the YSL is shorter which I didn‘t really like. Also, i think YSL is so hyped at the moment and it feels like everyone is wearing it so I felt that the Celine is a bit mor special :)

Yes this is the medium size and I believe on their website it’s called the classic now. 🙏🏻😊

Not yet 😊 at least it doesn’t seems to be darker.
Is it prone to scratches? Calfskin is shiny and tend to prone for scratches from nails
No it’s not like Chanel or Dior, not as sensitive. I don’t have any scratches yet.

Because it’s too yellow? I mean, think if it at 24karat gold. It’s very yellow so Celine yellow gold it’s not as far from pure gold tone.

The Chanel cleaning cloth. Sometimes my sunglasses cloth
