Over the next three days I'll be uploading a new video each day on different (easy) ways to make prosthetic ears along with how to take a proper cast of someone's ears.
This is a re-upload from my old channel, but I thought if I'm going to make this a series, I should start off with a video which would be the easiest/cheapest for everyone, and then work my way up to more complicated techniques.
thank you so much for this, so much easier then other diy vids I've seen
Thank you! Now I know what I can do for cosplay instead of buying elf ears
I used this tutorial this year for my nephew and it turned out so well! Thank you!
I literally just watched this again yesterday for an idea og what to do for a cosplay.
they are realy easy to make and look so much realistic !!!
Oh I really needed this tutorial! Looking forward to your new prosthetic ear vids!
love this! and it looks easy to do. thanks, klaire!
now THAT'S a video I was waiting for. thank you so much xxx
I love this new intro
And now I can make elf's ears to my elf !
Great tutorial! DEF gonna try this out!
if you put dishsoap on your brush before you put it in latex or prosaide it comes right off the brush, it's a great trick!
I hadn't heard about this from anywhere. I'll have to test this out next time I use my prosaide for a mask. I usually use q-tips, but sometimes they leave cotton fibers throughout the glue.
It's great it's saved me so much money
very informative video. awesome job!
So beautiful and creative
used this and my ears were the best at the con!!
Wow! These are cool! Gotta get some latex ASAP! I want to try this.
Love this video 💖
THANK YOU, I NEEDED THIS
Thanks you! I really needed this tutorial! Gonna link this video in my Azazel tutorial that I'm gonna do soon! ☺️
I like this so much 😍😍
so cute 💜
Looooveee ! I hace learned so much from you !
I love ur videooooossss
Do you have to use modelling clay? And I was wondering, where the best place to get bone paste and possibly a bruise wheel? I absolutely love your videos by the way!
Me encantó, es muy gracioso para crear un personaje de fantasía 👍😉
i love it! for mine i used nose and scar wax >.
thank you
really tempted to do this for my wedding, don't think my fiancé would approve though! 😂
this is so helpful ahh
didn't you already upload this?
it's a re-upload from her old channel
The start of the video is like looking down into a pensieve from Harry Potter lol
yay
Super nice!
I had some latex elf ears that I bought from ebay long ago.. They are now lost and can't be found D:
But these look very realistic! I'm thinking about trying this with latex myself! Thanks for the video, and keep up the good work! :)
Hey Klaire, can I use this method to make nightelf ears from World of warcraft? xx
If you were to make long elf ears, would you need to add some sort of support on the inside of the ear? If so what do you suggest?
Built4SinCos Maybe a thin jewerly wire, so it has structure with little weight?
thats amazing tips...I wonder if you could do star trek-mr spock's ears?
You probably could! Just shape the clay differently c:
cooooooooool
Anyone know what concealer palette she used'?
I enjoyed the video but the music is a bit loud at some points!
its an old video
The Courier I understand - but it could have been dialled down before re-upload. Just saying.
what kind of latex can I use for this??
Mandela effects? 😱😱...or is this a re-upload? 😆
I think it is a reupload
Its reuploaded
What about a way to make elf ears without latex? I, allergic to latex as I'm sure a lot of other people are as well
top !
What do you do if you don't have latex?
I think white glue can make the trick
Have you ever listened to Say We Can Fly? He sounds similar to the music you play (p.s. I wish I wasn't allergic to latex this would be so cool)
You could try with gelatine if you're allergic, but I'm not sure the result woulb very smooth...
Gibbyinabox Aj try latex free eyelash glue and a hot glue gun
Klaire, how come you dont have a patreon page? you should get one!
Is this a re-upload?
Could you maybe do a robot or cyborg makeup for Halloween?
Mostly when I watch your videos I'm just impressed. However, sometimes I'm just sad. I'm highly allergic to latex; so, no fabulous elf ears for me.
wolfco47 There's probably a version that includes a latex alternative somewhere , as you can make pointed elf ears without latex
Why the same tuto?
Not a fan of the new music. I like your usual stuff.
This is an old video :)
Yeah the music is very distracting and isn't relatable to the video
I agree. I'm able to watch, understand, and enjoy the video but I still wish the volume level of the music had been toned down just a bit. Klaire's voice got drowned out sometimes.
Use earphones, I didn't have an issue with hearing her.
It's because using music with words over words confuses the audio and your mind can't figure out what to listen to. (or at least that's what I learned in Video Production xD )
Didn't you upload that video before? I feel like I've already seen that before. :o
I'M A ELF
reupload? °3°
Is this a re-upload?
