    I am grateful for the increased and information on LDN. I am hopeful that people will do better about EDUCATING THEMSELVES on how their body works and how to MAINTAIN HEALTH. Society has no excuse for not having knowledge of their own body and what we are putting in our bodies. There are many ways/opportunities to become slowly aware. I know it’s not easy, but we have one shot at being healthy OR NOT in this lifetime.

      @@JuanContreras-dv1fv It turns out I don't have autoimmune (or at least not that we know of), I have Lyme and mold illness. I ended up going off the LDN because my new health coach told me about the side effects. I didn't feel any difference when taking it anyway. We're moving out of our moldy home in a month so I'm hoping I'll start feeling better after I'm no longer constantly exposed to mold.

      @@browneyedgirlFL67 I ended up not staying on it. I felt no difference after a few months. And my new health coach told me about the side effects. I really try to avoid medication and instead try to address the root cause. I FINALLY found my root causes after a couple years of searching for answers... I have Lyme and mold illness. I got sick after we moved into our (water damaged) house. We move out in a month so I'm hopeful I'll start feeling better after I'm not longer exposed to mold constantly.

    Has any one taken LDN for awhile and then stopped it? I’m wondering if it’s hard to stop, like some other meds are. TIA!🙏🏼❤️

    Will LDN work for panic attacks and high anxiety and depression on its own? And chronic nerve pain? And what dose? I weigh 110 pounds. Also how long does it take to start working and how long to work fully?

    • @healthychoicerx
      @healthychoicerx  3 роки тому +3

      Hello, yes, LDN can work all on it's own. For specific recommendations please consult your physician or give us a call (914) 238-1700 for more information!

      Start with a tiny amount 0.5 ml for a week and the increase to 1.0 ml for a week or more, than 1.5, do the same until you work yourself up to about 4.5 ml. You most likely will have to compound you med because it comes in 50 mg.. Break in half the 50 mg tab, and dissolve in 50 ml of distilled water. Then start with your 0.5 dose. The correct dose for most people is anywhere from 3.5-4.5 ml. It works on your brain so your weight should not be much of a factor.

    Can you take this with 25 mg of Luvox ? I tapered klonopin and now am tapering Luvox because of the short half life and am having lots of withdrawal symptoms. I want to cross taper to a different anti depressant but Drs all telling me I can’t take any other anti depressant with Luvox because of the P450 enzyme.

    Is LDN safe to take with Buspirone?

    • @healthychoicerx
      @healthychoicerx  3 роки тому +1

      To our knowledge, there are no known negative interactions between LDN and Buspirone. Most medications can be taken safely with LDN, with the only exception of opioids, which causes them to be ineffective. However, it's always important to ask your physician about possible side effects. For more information you can always email us at info@thehealthychoice.net.

    • @philaltman3598
