definitely agree this years line up is better than last years, I am bummed there is no sodas for this years NYCC too. I'm also shocked there is no Franny pop for the Con I was hoping to add another one of her to my collection! I'm loving the Funkp Fusion game and would love to get all of those exclusives but there is no way I can afford them I definitely will hunt down that Skeletor that one is a must for my MOTU collection. That Headless Freddy, the Bitty's and Spider Demon Father are my other must haves from this con. Great video!!!

I completely agree with you when it comes to Franny & Proto. Each major con event should have all three mascots represented in Pop form. When I saw the Bitty Pops, I did wonder of those would be the 4 mascots for the boxes of fun, but I guess I was wrong. On regards to the catalogue, in my opinion last year was better. There are only 3 Pops I'm wanting to buy this year, but this is only based on my personal taste.

They could have dropped the Maui 3L at NYCC, but I guess that might finally be released when the Moana 2 movie comes out. I think the Headless Freddy is super cool. 18:15 Big Anime fan here. I agree with the unbalanced attention to the animation line. Star Wars and especially DC I feel are missing so many major characters.

But my one question is: Are people only interested in Limited numbered Pops for the salability of them i.e. getting them solely because of their potential value, or because it is a Pop that fits in their collection? For me I only get Pops that interest me and fits within my collection, not because of their potential value. Your interest in Limited Pops seems more to be value based, instead of a desirable Pop that fits your collection. The serious lack of Soda’s makes one think the rumors might be true that Funko wants to get rid of Soda’s. I love Soda’s but the mere fact that Funko seems to be focusing in on Bitty’s (which costs Funko far less to produce than Soda’s) and moving away from Soda’s. At this point I believe there will be no Halloween themed Box or any Box of fun for NYCC or they would have promoted it already. So in my opinion with a lack of a Fun Box, and lack of Soda’s I would rate this year a 5 out of 10. There isn’t really much of what I am interested in dropping for NYCC from Funko.
