It’s a great place for older travelers I spent around $15k but you could do this for a lot less and $8k of that was the Galapagos. I hired guides and private transport everywhere which is what I would recommend if you can afford it
I like the music choices with the scenes, good editing. Have you ever explored Mount Mitchell State Park in North Carolina ? tallest park east of the Mississippi River, have to visit between May & October while everything is open.
I haven’t John, that’s been an area that was a little far for me to drive to when working in Atlanta, but it is on my list if I’m ever back in the area

Alice, could you tell by the temperature how close you were to the equator? IIf I had a choice, I would say you should do a video at a location on or clsest to the equator. thx

I was on the Equator for some of this video as Quito is just 45 minutes south of it. The weather is balmy and rainy
