    Goal: lose at least 10 pounds by January 15th 2025
    Daily Steps:
    Breakfast: Blueberry yogurt with granola
    Lunch- Salmon with naan bread and honey roasted carrots
    Snack 1: Grapes
    Snack 2: cheerios and banana or skinny girl popcorn
    Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo with tomatoes and naan bread
    Dessert(optional) Yogurt with granola
    Stop eating at 5:30
    Drinks: Green tea and water
    Weekly goal: Lose 1 pound a week
    Workouts: Go on stepper and watch a movie-30m
    Belly dancing-30m
    Pilates-30m
    Weight loss meditation-30m
    If there’s cravings, I’ll allow myself to eat it as long as it’s within my time constraints. I also have one chest meal on the weekend and coffee on Sundays if I lost one pound.
    It’s been working really well for me so far! Already lost 4 pounds!

    It's the year of my graduation so this year i'm prioritizing my studies i also want to loose weight especially the fat in my thighs but i won't add stress to my already stressful year but maybe after i graduate i will make losing weight my main goal and i'm already trying to eat healthier

    I live in fl and after hurricane Milton my routine and mental state was disrupted and I needed to hear this. I’m trying really hard to get back into it and it’s been hard to. I had to realize that need to be a little bit easier on myself and realize that I have to ease myself back into and even try new methods to be back into my routine. Thank you girl 🤍🤍
