  • Children love idlis.. but sometimes giving the same dish in the same form can get boring isn’t it?
    So let’s add ThodaAurMagic to these humble idlis and make them even more delightful, healthy & attractive! Let’s make Chineseidli A perfect snack/meal idea for kids!!
    These are so delicious that while cooking for kids you won’t be able to resist them either 😍😋😋

    Chinese Idli
    Ingredients
    Oil - 3 tbsp
    sliced Onions - 1/4 cup
    Sprouts - ¼ cup
    Shredded Cabbage - ¼ cup
    Red & yellow Bell peppers - ½ each (cut into julienne)
    Green Capsicum - ½ (cut into julienne)
    Minced Garlic - 1 tbsp
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
    Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
    Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
    Idli - 4-5 big ones
    Method
    Add some oil in a pan. Shallow fry the idlis till they become golden brown.
    In the same pan, again add oil, garlic. Cook till the raw fragrance goes away.
    Saute some sliced onions till translucent. Then add bell peppers, sprouts. Cook for a while till they become a little soft. (Make sure not to overcook it, we want the bite)
    Then add the cabbage. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce & give everything a good toss.
    Add the idlis & mix well. Garnish with spring onions & serve hot.
