Formula Junior three way battle for the lead at Donington Park: Horatio Fitz-Simon OnBoard

A few laps of the scrap for victory I had with Sam Wilson and Clive Richards at Donington Park for the third race weekend of the British Formula Junior Championship. The gap at the end was a tenth of a second!

Good clean racing. Hit all the apexes, etc. Did scare me a bit when it looked like wheels could touch. Happened to me once in FJr race. Ended my racing career

Alex, it's a 1963 lotus 22, originally Tommy Reid's 'Irish Racing Cars' mount, it was on the cover of Autosport in April 1965, in 1963 Tommy was Formula Junior champion in the car, I believe it still holds a record at one of the Irish circuits
