Justin Baldoni ACCUSES Ryan Reynolds of Using Nicepool Character to “Bully” Him | E! News
/ enews
Blake and Ryan are such a good match. The two most calculated. self loving. overinflated ego's in Hollywood together. Both bullied off the directors of their movies and took creative control.
Looks like Blake is guilty of extortion. Evidence is showing she used her power, money, and influence to take over the project. Threatening to quit if her demands were not met.
More like Baldoni is a creep and got called out in front of the crew and Baldone had decided then to , as evidence shows, pay a publicity company to publish negative stories about Blake. Baldoni is as low as one gets.
@crs1474 I’ve seen nothing suggesting Baldoni is a creep. Most of your comment is garbled nonsense.
@@crs1474he’s truly scary. I watched the movie after reading the times article and he made my skin crawl.
@JSMITHSTONES and you think that is him in real life? Wow
@@llccc5841 you think he is not? You haven’t heard his leaked voicemail have you?
Well I mean Ryan and Blake think they’re untouchable. I’m super proud of Justin for standing up for himself. I believe Justin 100%.
I think he feels he has nothing to lose now as he was a small fish and whatever little he had has now been damaged and taken away due to these two big fish; so I don't think he intended to go this way, but BL and RR have forced him to take things this far.
If his wife was abused why is he making fun? Shouldnt he take it seriously ? No, cause its BS.
Creatives often use what is happening in their lives and put it into their work.
Also, there's something called comic relief. When people are stressed and use comedy as a release.
As a husband I think it's beautiful he did this for his wife to make her feel better.
@jujubees711 making fun of someone for the world to see to make his wife feel better ?? If it was true I'd rather it be settled seriously in court, like they are doing now. Also, there's something called pettiness ? This reeks of it.
@@jujubees711 not if the lawsuit is real and unsettled.... Just proves it's all a publicity stunt
This!
@@jujubees711LOL 😂 "Beautiful" that he had Nicepool's head blown off in front of a flower shop? That's a pretty twisted way of showing support because it's really more like bullying. Who are we even kidding, if his wife really was sexually harassed while on set for a movie that's literally related to that subject yet somehow nothing about that got pointed out but literally everything else that we already know did including the reference to her post baby weight? 1+1 ...it's not that hard to do the math....
Justin needs to go full throttle on this lawsuit. That couple feels so entitled.
lively and ryan reynolds are a mess i agree
Well blake and ryan are known bullies. Team Justin!
Fake Blake and Lyin Ryan 😈😈
How old is everyone? With kids and family to act so immaturely.
Ryan and Blake are too old to be so nasty
@Leafylover That's what I mean. We are grown to be acting like kinda garden or something.
@Leafylover Also looking too old to be playing a 23 year old 😂
It’s a fact plus the end credits of “Gordon Reynolds” in both films, deleted scenes, now wearing Brittany’s Dress on the red carpet? This is 100% verified. 1:21
🙌🏻
This seems to be further proof that Blake is full of it. Justin should sue her personally in a civil suit. Ryan and Blake are coming across as jerks lately.
Lately?🤔
I am so disappointed that Ryan and Blake would try to use a controversy about a movie like “This Ends with Us” to promote the sale of alcohol and clothing that most women who are abused could not possibly afford. I, and many other people used liked them, are soooo disappointed in the both of them…but especially him. She has never come across as being a nice person, so I am not surprised about her doing this kind of thing, but I really thought he was a good guy. Not anymore!! I am done with the both of them. To be honest I only went to see the movie because the weather in Toulouse was cold and rainy in Sept, and I went to the movies to fill an afternoon. But, honestly her performance was not good in my opinion. I couldn’t quite figure out what was missing, but now I know it was a lack of chemistry between them.
It's interesting, because I actually thought that they did have physical chemistry but what was lacking was her depth as the character since we already know she doesn't really have a lot of range or emotional intelligence to be able to truly connect to a character of this nature. As illustrated by her promotional tour and her complete mockery of DV survivors. So I would say what was lacking was her empathy and disconnect to the nature of her character. You are right in your observations about how they are coming off!
I know what mas missing. The lack of acting skills on Blake's part.😂
@@alinad.316 In the book, Lilly is only 23 years old and Blake was 36. There's an innocence about life that a young woman in her early 20s would have that's gone by the time a woman reaches her mid-thirties and that was a real disconnect for me. Blake was tone deaf promoting this movie with the friends and florals, booze, hair care products and insensitivity to DV survivors but I thought she was really good in the movie. I definitely wouldn't cast her for the sequel since the young Lilly would be perfect for the role.
“JUSTIN BALDONI SEEMS TO THINK SO” ?!?!?!?! CORRECTION: we ALL think so.
Yes
O you forgot, that lady pool had a chance to kill nice pool too in the movie.
Yep. Deadpool grabbing Nicepool and holding him as a shield so Ladypool could shoot him in front of a flower shop.
Ryan and blake need to be humbled like asap.
This is just getting ridiculous.
Grow up actors.
you first
Amen
Grow up Blake and Ryan you're right
Right! Ryan and Blake should just admit to trying to take Justin down and it blew up in their faces and the public doesn’t like them because of their own actions and apologize.
Justin is justifiably defending himself.
Seriously I dont think Justin made the direct connection to the deadpool scene, it was actually US, the public that noticed the aweful rhetoric that they are using towards him. So change your title E! News!!!!
Man bun
Known feminist
Flower shop
Podcast empowerment for woman
Yeahhhh sure bbuddy
You're blind just shush
Exactly! THE PUBLIC.
AGAIN
Pretty sure no PR person had to intervene to spread this theory. Someone saw it, made their assumptions, wrote it under a video, someone else saw it, had a "I can see it too" moment and so on
Not everything people comment and post about it real. People like to theorize and clown.
I m just surprised JB s team took it seriously enough to ask evidence from Disney..
I remember seeing her interrupt her interview to point out Deadpool was #1 while on her red carpet premiere. It was probably a subtle dig and power play towards Justin since he’s made fun of it it.
Really a case of the pot calling the kettle black. They accuse Justin of bullying, yet they were bullying him in everything
The fact that they are requesting this shows they already have proof that it actually happened
At the point the whole internet is ready to donated towards Baldoni’s legal fees . I for one I’m invested
Oh yes, I am ready .
This lawsuit is going to work against Blake Lively, as happened to Amber Heard against Johnny Depp
Gordon Reynolds was credited to Nice pool. Blake gives acknowledgments to Gordon Reynolds … so this their inside joke.
@TheRachag They must just get a kick out of leaving public breadcrumbs - they thought they were untouchable. Oops.
Ryan Reynolds dads name is Gordon
Ryan’s Dad’s name is JAMES
good luck funding your next movie Ryan....you're losing support daily because your bullying tactics have been revealed.
they accuse others of harassment & use a Disney film for harassment.
Such a spiteful pair of bullies.
We got your back Justin!!! Blake and ryan is gonna get what they deserve!!!
This is soooo unprofessional towards your fellow working colleague. The disrespect they show is overwhelming. On top of it she referrenced him as 'Nice man' which I will never do to a guy that SH me.
They are so seventh grade. Blake and ryan are Mean Girls.
Omg this is geting worse and worse 😮
Blake Lively choose to serve papers to Justin and his team the day their were evacuating from their home, with their kids. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about Blake Lively I don't know what does.
Baldoni is attractive even beautiful in his personality, handsome, and creative. All things they are not. And it looks like there may have been a chemistry between him and Lively. If any of that is true… well well it’s probably hating.
Pretty tired of the Reynolds at this point. Never thought I’d include Ryan in the negatives about his wife, but I think it’s all gotten to him. 🥺
Team Justin !!!
Funny how everyone that worked with Justin says he is super sweet and involved and passionate about his work, but as soon as he refuses to sell the rights to the second book to BL and RR he is a monster and all the celebrities that might get blacklisted side with the two A listers.
It just dawned on me about how much this could be about ego and, I could be wrong, but outside of the fact that Blake's ego prevents her from thinking that the public would naturally dislike her and so she assumed Justin had to have planted stuff, the possibility popped into my mind that Blake was bruised in her ego first when she realized Justin was not that into her; for instance, when he asked about the weight stuff (albeit due to his back issues) she interpreted and skewed it so extremely because she couldn't imagine anybody not fawning over her. At whatever point she may have perceived that Baldoni wasn't attracted to her, it may have triggered her fragile self-esteem to take things too far in the way she did. Now that I think about it, someone who undergoes a nose job at such a young age and other cosmetic procedures to change their normal appearance can't be very secure on the inside. Hopefully, the truth will be revealed on both sides.
@aldorado123 🎯 I think you hit the nail on the head. She may also be angling to get rights to the sequel but for this level of pettiness and vindictiveness I think the primary motive would have to be Lively’s bruised ego. There’s just no other explanation that makes sense to me.
Fragile narcissist like Trump.
I agree with you, she felt rejected. Ryan was also very jealous & uncomfortable with the intimacy scenes he was jealous.
Justin got entangled with two narcissistic bullies.
It became a toxic workplace due the Reynolds undermining the Director & dismissing editors, music director, taking over the wardrobe & blackmail.
Disney better start realizing if they keep Reynolfs on as Deadpool, it's going to hurt the MCU which they're trying so hard to rehab.
Justice for Justin Baldoni.😢
“Accuses”? They made the whole world to be the witness 😂
She is going to become the new Amber Heard
I saw Deadpool in theaters and I didn’t understand Nicepool. I wasn’t sure if he was cannon or if he was a reference to someone. Had no idea it was Baldoni. It m just seems so random and malicious. Reynolds made Deadpool very personal. Maybe he shouldn’t make it so personal next time
Did Justin and Blake sleep with each other and had a bad breakup?
@jay_wright_thats_right SERIOUSLY 🎯
I think Justin has better taste than that. Plus, his wife is GORGEOUS and he is head over heels in love with her. It was one-sided lust from Snake.
A woman scorned, he didn’t fancy her.
Justin is right 💯
Blake's dropping easter eggs like her BFF does lol
Team Justin
The only thing amusing is the clarity of Ryan being a puppet for his wife. Embarrassing actually
I think it is the opposite
Team Justin vote by like❤
The public is on Justins side, so he's already won no matter the outcome.
*Justice for Justin!!!*
Bullies are truly evil
This was good reporting, glad to see some bigger outlets being transparent.
TEAM JUSTIN with love from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
Justin spend years to make the bring the book into a movie. The only mistake he did was to grant fangirl Coleen Hoover wish to have S Flake Lively as the female lead. She hijacked the movie just like Ryan did for deadpool.
This is Biebers ex managers idea of PR.
It is sad that someone so powerful and such privileged would stoop to this level, there are so many women who go through the trauma and then one person causes blow back to such progress. Optics don't look good for Power couple, difficult to believe their narrative.
Lets see who the Metoo and TimesUp are going to stand for. Justin or Ryan and Justin or Blake. In the end Men too need their support from harassers such as these two.
i don't care about their teenage girl drama behavior. i'm still upset about how bad deadpool & wolverine was and my finger still hurts from fast forwarding the movie so much😭🤧
Exactly it was one of the worse movie I ever watched
Worst movie ever
Blakes outfits in the movie were so ugly, and she was a little on the heavy side, so I'm not surprised he asked for her weight. He has a bad back
He asked, because he has a bad back and had to carry her. No other reason. This is how a manipulation works. Trickery, twisting the scenario.
wow, they are childish and bully.
That guy needs to grow up! How in the heck are you stretching it that Nicepool was bullying? Thats just crazy!
It is actually very evident
@mafe345 no its not. It is a stretch, petty, and stupid.
Baldoni has been bullied. R&B SHAME ON YOU
What law did Ryan break exactly? Oh that's right, none. Anyone is allowed to be made fun of, and especially so when you wasn't named by your actual name. Nice try though Justin, but you'll fail Mr. Feminist.
BL and RR messed with the wrong Nicepool 😂. Justice4Justin!!
Looks like Ryan Reynolds had to pad/stuff to "measure up" to JB 😕. Tee hee
Blake and ryan baby career is over forever lol don’t worry justin they are finished
Rediculous
Really? a adult man get bullied by a character sounds feminist to me.
🤣
Ryand and Blake have to stop trying to vilify Baldoni and instead showing they are nice people. Too hard😂
JB is a class A whiner.
😅😅😅 let's see
💯
Oops the mask slips
Justin Baldoni is super creepy. He made my skin crawl in the movie, especially after his bad behavior on set.
The man in the movie was RYLE, a role played by actor JB.
I dont even know who you are
Justin sooo unsympathetic
I don’t think Baldoni was bullied, I think he was called out imo.
Nah! The Reynold’s want him to be a bad person because they probably don’t believe a person can be genuinely kind and have to have some ulterior motives. They’re just mad because they realize what terrible people they are and they don’t want to work on themselves because they’re emotionally lazy and stupid.
Well you havent seen the proof of his lawsuit yet then
@ I’ve seen the lawsuit. It’s all over the internet. This is just my opinion and how I see things ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Pretty funny gag if it was based on Justin js
You must be a bully
@@Lee-ev1oonot really no.. They should pay him atleast
Idk but Baldoni just gives off Psycho vibes , i mean its his face dude just looks like he knows the gray areas in harassment laws.
You judge everyone's character on how they look? Look at the evidence. My gosh. It's clear she distorted things and lied
same, but I think we are the only ones who see it. others are all falling for him 😂 the guy's is not even liked by the PR girl he hired. she called him pompous in one of her text.
Psychos do not look like psychos.
Just the fact that he wanted her to see a birth video, when she had just given birth to her 4th child, seems creepy on its own... It's not exactly nice to see someone suffering, so I can't understand the reason why he would show it to her... a tremendous lack of empathy, that's what it sounds like...
@ It was shown in reference to a birthing scene she had coming up.
😂🤣😂🤣😂😂🤣
Nicepool was my fav part to be honest
It's a stretch
If it was just that one scene then I'd agree but as the movie plays on, the direct references to Baldoni are endless. Down to his bone density issue and then getting his head blown off by Ladypool (Blake) in front of a flower shop? To dismiss what is blatantly obvious to anyone that's been paying attention is to be in complete denial. It's just too much and way too petty. It's clear they didn't think things through before making this a legal matter cuz this further plays into Justin's case against them and pretty epically too.
Gordon reynolds is a character ryan made up years ago. 😂
Ryan is the goat. Love this artistic revenge against Man bun.
Revenge? 😂
@ yup. He didn’t pay people to leave comments on UA-cam.
Ratio
@FemmeDePaix who exactly paid who? 😭😭😭
It’s funny! They are not royalties on the phrase I am a feminist! Haha he is going to end bankrupt in paying lawyers.
@MariaM-up2he Your comment doesn’t even make sense. Garbled nonsense. Baldoni has to defend himself because they are waging a legal battle against him and attempting to destroy his entire future and career.
A real man would handle this situation very differently. Baldoni is one of the biggest wimps in Hollywood I have ever seen.
A real man would stand up for himself and not let someone manipulate or bully him, especially in a professional setting. Calling Baldoni a 'wimp' is completely off-base-he’s just trying to protect his reputation and mental health in a toxic situation. It takes courage to stand your ground when you’re being unfairly targeted.
Naw that’s definitely on purpose
LOL this is too awesome! Very much into Reynolds style hahahha. Haters are gonna hate though LOL
It is so Ryan's style! If Ryan did do this, I think it's very sweet he did this for his wife to help her feel better.
@@jujubees711it's not sweet to joke about SH
@AlexCPauwels85 What actually is wrong with you
You got to be kidding me. This the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of! LOL So now is this going to make way for celebrities to sue comic writers for being in a comic skit? Suck it up Justin and stop being such a weenie it wasn't that bad. A lot of creatives take things from their real lives and put it into their work. It may mock Justine, but it certainly doesn't bully or harass. I bet the majority of the public didn't even put the two together, until he drew attention to it with this legal action. And we're all laughing at him. I bet Hollywood is too. No one's going to want to work with him after this because he's so litigious. He did this to himself.
People need to be more Original. I’m tired of seeing the same thing over and over and over again Blake and Ryan steal peoples ideas. They need to come up with their own thing. They have no creativity.
It's not just this skit, it's the collective that the attorney can use to prove extortion and harassment. Blake gave Nicepool credit on her movie so she basically handed it to them on a silver platter. So they've decided to use it to support their case, as any good attorney would. And Justin did suck it up for the entire production. It wasn't until Blake filed the false complaint jeopardizing his reputation and career that he had no choice but to defend himself. So now he will prove it was a false complaint with his truckload of evidence. And I doubt he has any desire to work with people who enable entitled abusive actors anyways. So gloves off!
Okay, how silly can something become? Even if Nicepool has been created after aspects of Baldoni so what? This is what creative people do. They draw inspiration from reality, their conflicts, their anger, fear and love.
I'm already tired of this he said/ she said behaviour.
I’m sorry so you think bullying is OK as well? I’m a mother of four and I was disgusted with their behavior. What if that was your child? What they’ve done to this man is absolutely disgusting. I do hope that God gives him justice against these two. Because I do not believe her for one second.
@sonia68ish No, of course not. No one thinks bullying is okay. At least I've never met one. And I hope when the day comes and my daughters might be in such a situation they are searching for a deconflicting communication and are not filing a lawsuit.
In my opinion Baldoni is a grown man. He does/ should not victomize himself to succeed in this lawsuit. This is a strategic decision and the internet does exactly what his lawyers anticipated.
I am ambivalent. I don't want to side with either of them. It is not my place to side with one of them. I'm a consumer and have never met any of them. I only know about these people what social media is showing me and that is far from enough for me.
It's okay that you think/ feel otherwise. I'm having similiar conversations in other chats about the Ethan/Ariana relationship or the Mufasa/Sonic feud.
I disagree with you, creative people come up their own original ideas. They don’t rip off other people and basically copy someone and who they are. You’re completely wrong. I’m sorry that you were under the impression that being creative is stealing from someone else you must be very unoriginal and you probably rip off other people’s ideas and say your creative you are part of the problem
@Leafylover Thank you for your very well written insult. There were multiple ways not to make it personal and insulting.
Throughout modern art are enough examples that proof you wrong. It may not be good art, but I'm in no position to judge that. And I did not say that the creation of this character was a clever or inspirated way to handle the situation. But it was an entertaining way.
In these types of cases I think it can be defamation
This is reaching
Not at all, before all this drama when I first saw the movie Deadpool vs Wolverine in August, I personally thought Nicepool was either a dig or a homage to Justin Baldoni, who was working with his wife. Wasn’t a reach at all for anybody who can see it.
This is such a joke.
I dont care..love Ryan Reynolds! Dont care about his personal life!
Team Justin
