I think it’s fine as is. It basically incentivises you to not do these combos unless your know it’ll kill. Allows the opponent to have more chances to play as you purposefully choose a shorter combo

You need to tap up to cancel the sway, yes. The timing is rather strict, because you need to do it very quickly and do the Deathfist inputs very quickly, too.
I spent the last 2 hours trying to one up this combo. I reach 100k total damage on the practice mode and could only do 151 with a VERY unorthodox approach. Cudos on the 152 but I'll one day reach 153
they just made the longest wall carry of all tekken games and didn't nerf death fist damage. every character can carry u over the WHOLE arena to a wall, and they have no ideia that would be necessary nerf wall damage, this is scaling is bs for almost no execution.. Paul and Bryan players having their best time, while some characters stills struggling in basic combo consistency, bruh
Imagine playing a char with no identity (Based on CH) and get a trade with a B1 on 3:14. But the Game decides to not gives you the CH.... Steve is dead in this trash game....

@@pian-0g445 The real reason is that it deletes the opponent's grey life, so that it makes their comebacks much harder.
Death fist doing only 3 dmg at the high wall splat filler is so criminal. Really dont like the scaling on hazard stages
Have you tried 3,2 backsway-> deep dive-> ws 3, 2 for wall carry and saving bound for the wall in a combo like the one at 1:30 ?
Whenever I cancel backsway(to deathfist) I sidestep coz I'm cancelling it by tapping up. Any solution?
