Over the past few months, I've tried numerous free reiki sessions online and I've never had the experience I did from this one. Instantly I could feel the energy in each chakra as she went through them. My entire body was buzzing after and I even had a vision, which I haven't had one in a couple years. I'm so grateful for you doing this free session cuz we all need to clear our baggage but not everyone has the funds to pay for these on a regular basis. I'll be listening to this every night. Done this healing session twice. After the first session, I felt sooo much better. Since im 16 I live my life with anxiety, which burns me out and makes me depressed sometimes. Awh sweety I'm so sorry you're suffering at such a young age. Have you ever thought of learning Reiki yourself? Level 1 is meant to teach you how to apply Reiki to yourself. To me it has been instrumental in my fight against panic attacks and anxiety. I learnt it at 26 and it has saved me from some HORRIFIC moments in my life that I wouldn't even wish upon my worst enemy. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for Reiki in my life. Reiki can 100% help you with anxiety, depression, sleep, pain, fear, stress and everything you might be struggling with. If you can't find someone to teach you near you, there's online. I hope this helps, you might be a natural born Healer and don't know it yet :)
honey you should still go to a psychologist, unless you're talking about a psychiatrist where you take meds then I get that-- but therapy is always important. You can combine both forms of healing.

I find this reiki very helpful too. However, magnesium might be beneficial. Also a low glycemic diet can help with anxiety. Check with a health professional. Our body and mind are interconnected. 😊💚
I literally went down on my knees to thank God / Source for Reiki. Have been doing it every day since Feb. I am extremely sensitive in terms of feeling energy etc and every time I get stressed I play Reiki and am fine afterwards. I was suffering so much before Reiki now my body is finally healed!

It's my 31st birthday today, I started getting interested in spirituality when I was 17, my dad wasn't sold on it, his side of the family were heavily religious Christians. I'd have to go to church on Sundays and we were made to prey before we ate. It wasn't my calling. I didn't like being made to Do something that I felt uncomfortable doing. As we moved from country to country with my dad's job, I found different countries believed in different gods and had their own cultures and religions, that led me to my faith in spirituality. And I am at peace now and happy.

At first I felt vibration in my left leg and foot, then in my right hand. Later I began to feel heat in both hands, until I felt a lot of anger expressed in my hands, which was relieved when the crown chakra time began. I finished the session relieved, with a feeling of happiness and gratitude. I'm going to come here more often. I deeply appreciate the time, love and dedication in making this video. Could you pls add me to your distant healing list as i am battling some health challenges at this time. I'm struggling with bone on bone knee arthritis in both knees. Which is robbing me of so much life, not to mention the debilitating pain i experience on a daily basis. The doctors are saying i need two knee replacements surgery which does not really work anyways, but Can further add to my torment. I am asking you pls to help with sending me distant healing? He has unexplained weakness in his lower half. He also has shot knees from sports when he was younger as well as plantar fasciitis due to flat feet.

I have absolutely no words for this. I have never ever felt so connected to source energy before. My whole body was vibrating got extremely hot i was crying and went so deep into meditation. I’ve woken up from my meditation all sweaty and hot. I felt nauseous during the heart chakra and when I I opened my eyes my one hand was completely numb I couldn’t feel my fingers. When i play your videos I can really feel the reiki. I resonate with. I have used these videos to learn and attune my self to my Chakras and reiki. I am practicing on my self. I have always known reiki but as a child I called it the "all powerful feeling" I can feel it in my hands, and often in my solar-plexus. I can call this feeling at will now and it feels the same as the feelings I get from reiki. I was such so skeptical when I first heard of reiki but the first time I felt it all doubt when away. I feel the energy, like the love of God, it's always with me.

I am a disabled person. I had an operation on my spinal cord the neck had no Bone so they got bone from my leg and did a fine job in England in 1992. I have a special transmission to you from my higher self. The next step in your evolution is to start working on sending reiki energy to the ancestors in their lower three chakras. Just 10 mins back I attended your distance reiki with 12 reiki masters...I started crying ...don't know why...still crying while typing this...ur so kind that u learned reiki n using it to help mankind....I have never seen reiki masters like you Mam....
I do not know a lot about Reiki, but I know I felt it. With the lower chakras when she would start I would get the feeling in my belly like going down a big hill on a roller coaster! Butterflies type of feeling. When I would close my eyes I could see in my minds eye it was coming towards me as a white light of energy mist like. In the upper chakras a completely different feeling of a warm rush coming over me and a tingling sensation. Makes me want to look more into this, very amazing!

Same here! I woke up this morning after listening to your reiki with music video two nights in a row and I woke up early this morning, only on my left side, soaking wet in sweat! I felt..... exhilarated! Liberated! Like I had just detoxed and released a blocked energy in that side of my body. And I know this to be true because I always get rib pain on my left side only ( for almost 20 yrs now) when I’m overly anxious and/or depressed. Unfortunately, there doesn’t always have to be a reason... at least , as far as I know. But Andrea Kennedy.... you are a soul that I connect with on such a deep level. I’m glad I finally found you. This is the first time that I’ve encountered Reiki that was as powerful as authentic indigenous medicine. I’m deeply grateful for your offering. This is the most in-depth and profound guided healing meditation I've ever experienced, and that is just the meditation itself without considering the additional healing benefits of receiving distance reiki (so for those who feel unsure of distance energy healing, there is still a LOT of value in following this guided self-healing routine, I highly recommend trying it!). I'm so excited. My clarity is getting crazy good. I keep saying "it's like such and such and then it's exactly that". I was thinking of going to a dance studio. I went to the studio online to find out and as I waited for it to load I just said "it's not that far, it's like 20miles." It loaded and it said it's 19.7miles away....LOL!!!!
