For the awesome house, you could have different time layers. It will take a long time, but first you can have like a hut for the Stone Age, then a greek house, then a medieval house, then a modern mansion with a pool and everything made out of quartz and concrete
I for one really want you to build a massive tree like to build episodes by episodes and have a super cool tree house and have a pretty wide space inside that mystical tree where you have farms and villagers etc. For the surrounding make a small paradise with waterfalls and a small village different structures and lots more. I am already planning for the mega base its yyour choice

I think the video was good ,but I have a suggestion for the house. I think you should make part of the side of the house on the side of the cliff and make a balcony with some wood pillars under it. And also you should make another video like a part 2.

You should make a greenhouse/garden where you grow everything, an armory where you keep all your armor and weapons you are not using and a secret underground part (you have a certain way to get in there) where you have anything and everything valuable and you also have your enchantment table, brewing stand and portal (anything like that) in there

I think for a base you should try to find a forest with the trees a about 20 blocks from each other and make multiple tree bases with bridges in between them also just make a boat to bypass the orkas before they can attack you. Or just build over the water to the island
