@@JimMcLaren1950 ~Oh I see, thank you, that makes it clear now.!! I see Picquick also makes rust resistant bits in their Mariner model. ~I saw another video of a very extensive test of hand held screw drivers, these ones were rated among the very best ones on the market: PB Swiss $144, LTT $70, Megapro $34, and Williams $36. (I think this is in US$ and not CN$.) Also the "end of the bits" on some of them "were" magnetic to hold and pick up screws with.
Nice screwdriver. Can you pull out the socket and then also pull out the 1/4" shank and insert the bit directly into the screw driver to make it a stubby? If they thought of that this is perfection!
Unfortunately the 1/4 inch shank is part of the screwdriver and cannot insert the bit to make it a stubby. They have a version of the stubby. ua-cam.com/video/hhdP3-U59e8/v-deo.html
I've never seen these for sale retail in the US which is weird because they aren't that much more than the US made red handled ones where you only get 2 sizes of philips and flat built into the shank which makes the shank too fat to fit into a lot of recessed holes
Great overview. Thank you!
Your welcome.
Good review but you did "not" test out the "magnetic strength" of the "end of a BIT" to see how much strength it has to pick up a screw.??
Thanks Roy for pointing that out. The end of the bits are not magnetic. The bit holder is magnetic that holds the bits.
