I think someone who is more experienced in Dirt and Cross Country can make better use of this car, I'm sadly not that great at doing dirt racing. This video was going to feature a B-Class build but I felt it was too underpowered, it was fine but lacked power to keep up with the usual B-Class competitors. It is a cool car overall though where I'm from it's called the Pajero lol.
@@C1-Runner I've currently just got one with the stock engine for D Class as something to cruise around in, I do like having atleast 1 Purist build of a car even if it's not that great. It's also called the Pajero by me, I believe it was renamed to the Montero ingame because Pajero translates to Wanker in Spanish lol

For A-Class you do need to engine swap for it to be competitive but overall it's a lovely car to drive. I'm not into 4x4s much but it did grow on me after driving it a while, it's quite nice. 😄
It's a fast car but has little to no handling so you have to brake earlier because of the understeer, really painful when you have to do tight corners. It's better suited for cross country as you have more leeway when you have to take corners.
It's a very tight corner to be fair, you genuinely have to brake earlier to get your car around. Problem with braking earlier is that people either lunge at you or punt you off, it's really difficult to deal with when you have others around you.
Those few lobbies were filled to the brim with those same players lol, really quick drivers in their own right. If I'd been in anything else I probably wouldn't have won or placed decently lol.
@@gravenut As time went on I feel getting safely to the finish is better than being competitive to be honest. I do want to win of course but I want to get there with no issues if that makes sense. I usually take races seriously when doing these videos but I feel I put too much pressure on myself as of late so I want to try a different approach. 👍
