Brian Farrell - The Role of International Justice in Securing Peace

(January 22, 2013) University of Iowa Law Professor Brian Farrell visited AUBG and gave a talk on the role of international law in securing peace and human rights, especially in the aftermath of World War II. Farrell presents his thoughts on the ICC and proposes new approaches to international law. Professor Farrell teaches law at the College of Law at the University of Iowa and has also conducted human rights field research in the Middle East. Professor Farrell is currently teaching at Sofia University as a Fulbright Scholar and is giving lectures around Bulgaria.
