I'm so confused. Do I need to take the piece of wax paper off to expose the glue part? Or should I use epoxy cement to glue it to the rearview mirror? jk
This sticker actually has the signal?? Or has camera tech gone so far they just scan the plates as cars go by?? . The activation also is unclear. Can't seem to get on the websight. Also seems like a scam sight asking for you credit card , beware, they got glitches ..
The transponder can sit in your cup holder if you want. Putting it on the dotted area of windshield does not matter. Just dont put it underneath anything that can block its RIF signal like a book, cellphones, tablets, underneath your seats, or inside your glove box. It needs open area inside your car with clear signal to bounce back to the highway receiver.

Exactly. I have these opaque dots top of windshield. Can’t imagine sticking there would work. Good question

Left, right, center does not matter. Think of it like a cellphone that send signal back to toll bridge receiver.
