I’ll be watching your other videos to see if I can find an answer but can you say more about your prepared bedding? Did it look like you had it kinda moist in there? I’m intrigued and want to try!!
I got indian blue worms or peronyx excavatus worms they are selled here as red wigglers, very hard to look after them in worm tower bins, they are escapees, in worm bin tower they always go down to the last water collection tray were they are found dead and in water and moisture, very hard to look after them than the orginal red wigglers, how can i get the orginal red wigglers which u are using for composting, i cant find here them,, i m from india here i can find only the indian blue worms and African night crawler worms
Not sure where red wigglers can be obtained. I'm pretty sure that there are a number of worm retailers that are expressly selling red wigglers since many people are often disappointed when they get a generic 'red worm mix' made up of an unknown variety of worm species. Good luck!

My prepared bedding is simple. It is shredded cardboard & paper with fine leaf particles, all mixed together and dampened. Sometimes there's more leafy material than other times. Occasionally it gets moistened much more than usual. Despite the occasional variability, it is basically the same all the time :)
@@A-V thank you!! Usually I put bedding in dry because my bins tend to be a little too wet and damp and I’m hoping? it sucks up the water in the bin and doesn’t bother the worms! but I like the idea of having pre moistened on hand mixed together like that!
Yeah... I also like hanging on to some dry shredded cardboard & paper for times when a dry bedding would be more practical 👍🏻
