我が家の朝はとても早起きで、まだ暗い朝5:00から始まります…笑
眠いなぁ、と思うこともありますが、
色々と習慣づけた結果、最近ではこのルーティンでかなりスムーズに朝の時間を過ごせています🌷
時短でもない、ゆったりでもない朝のリアルな過ごし方（笑）、

My husband and I are very early risers and our mornings start when it's still dark... lol.
Sometimes I feel sleepy...
But after a lot of practice, this routine has made our mornings go much more smoothly these days🌷.
It's not a shortcut, it's not relaxing, it's a realistic way to spend my morning (lol).
