Her head voice is her strongest skill.
I'm just glad to see Keiko onstage in front of audiences again. That year without Keiko was rough.

@@piopio2 When Kalafina broke up, there was no communication coming from Keiko at all for a whole year. Even the website Canta-per-me, which shares news about the Kajiura crew had almost nothing to say about what she was doing. As a fan of hers, I always found it nice to see new videos of concerts (FJ or Kala), interviews, and promotions. The one positive thing about it is that it appears the Japanese media respects celebrity's privacy.

Yuriko Kaida is so awesome!!! Her clear and sweet singing voice is just like the climax of the song on 5:23 where Yuki Kajiura also started smiling widely till the end of the song. Love the moment! :D
I just love how they all start off with their own little "solo" parts and then come together in the end, this song really highlights how beautifully each and every FJ utahime sings and how unique all of them are.
Keiko starting off at the start too made me super happy!!! Then hearing Joelle aND THEN the two of them singing together, I love how well their voices mix! Kaori's voice is just absolutely stunning as well, and Yuriko's bit at the end gave me chills.
I swear, every time I hear Joelle's voice I just fall in love with it all over again. Amazing work as always, thank you so much for this ❤
Yes! I like your comment and.agree with it! Keiko and Joelle is a sweet blend. So is Joelle with Yuriko. I like how Joelle switches her tone to match them. In fact I like all of them have come facility with this. All of them coming together at the end was beautiful. Joelle is also a beautiful singer solo as she opens her tone quite well.

Solo (Just Keiko)
Solo then two-part harmony (Joelle alone, then joined by Keiko)
Solo then three-part harmony (Kaori alone, then joined by Keiko and Joelle)
Solo then four voices (Yuriko alone, then joined by Joelle, Keiko, and Kaori)!
Highlights:
At the Kaori stage, Joelle really took this sweet and light head voice which is one of the reasons I was pleased when I first heard she was joining FJ.
At the end of Yuriko's piercing head voice solo, for the harmony Joelle just picked up from where Yuriko left off, while Yuriko went even higher!
Yuriko hitting a clean A5 in head voice at 5:59!
Had the privilege of buying and watching the concert. It was truly one of the best live for me. Joelle was such a game changer for me. My favorite parts in this concert are Gaika, Zodical Sign, I Beg You, Wonderland, Hana n0 Uta and Haru wa Yuku and Fields of hope. The other songs were amazing too 😍
They sang gaika with Joelle? Can't wait! Will they release the Live DVD? Thanks for the info! :D

Such a beautiful piece! Joelle and Kaori sing their parts so touchingly and flawlessly, but their particular verses did make me call to mind Hikaru and Wakana. Joelle's part seemed to be in the perfect vocal range for Hikaru and Kaori's part seemed the perfect range for Wakana. I'd love to hear an interpretation of this piece by Kalafina (in a reunion). Also, Keiko and Yuriko nail their parts perfectly, as always.
I agree with you about Joelle and Kaori singing in a comfortable place for current Hikaru and Wakana, respectively.
The song would need to be rewritten for three voices and reducing the high parts since you'd be missing both Joelle (at 4:56) and Yuriko's (throughout her parts) head voice parts, and Wakana wouldn't be able to do all that as she used to, bearing the load alone.
I don't think this song would be given to Kalafina though.

去年の名古屋公演に参加したことを思い出したよ。梶浦さんが優しい眼差しでボーカルメンバーを見ていたのが印象的だった。今年は名古屋がなくて残念だけど、東京公演に参加します。
Wow. Amazing. They gave me chills too at the end and started crying. I was hoping they would cover more Saeko songs. I love this song. Keiko fits perfectly even with her deep voice. She can go higher. Then Joelle and her duet. Ahhh ear candy. Yuki is truly an amazing composer and person. I hope it becomes available to buy in the US. I want to watch it.
