scraping the Nettles 2

new developments in processing techniques. I developed a faster way by using nettles from seeding stage onwards to have strong fibers. i found a tool what makes it easy to get the nodes and gunk out.

Did you dry the nettle before scraping them or are they fresh? Also your music is really awesome, and this method seems super cool!

Thank you. The music is my wire strung harp playing. There is more on my utube channel and I made a cd.
I use the fresh stalk, when scraped you can leave them outside for a few days and it rets . I drie them as well to store and soak them when i have time to process.

Wonderful, so authentic, thanks so much for sharing this wonderful process. Could you use flat river stones instead of your hands? Or does it need the oils from your skin?

does not need oil from hands. its to not break the fibers. no idea about river stones.
