Thank you for such a great video explanation. To print one can click print, then select cudepdf click print and it gives one the option to save it as a pdf
This video and explanation was PERFECT for what I needed. However, after I save the PDF it keeps cutting off the bottom of my picture. It appears as though it's saving the entire picture, but when I open it back up, it doesn't. Have you ever experienced this befrore?
Hi..I'm new to this and I enjoyed your video but...can you make a video for dummies like me. Being starting from 0. All steps needed to get and find images and templates. How you download. And how to do it all.
Thank you for the tutorial. I know it's a long time, since you did it. But now I'm trying to find the "fill" option in Design Space, and it isn't where you are showing in the video (anymore?) Du you by any chance know, if the option still exist, and where it is? Have a nice day :D
You can make them yourself in Canva. We have a video tutorial on how to do that. Or you can grab our ready to edit template here shop.hangingwiththekiddos.com/products/nutrition-facts-template
For me, I'm able to see this option when I select the drop-down menu When selecting which printer I want to use. I hope this helps and thanks for watching.
Hello. I have watched a few of your videos so far. They are very helpful. However, I was wondering do you recommend using the HP Envy listed in the description box or do you use the Epson mentioned in the other video for your glossy chip bags?
Hi, I would recommend both printers. The Epson prints great quality images however the replacement ink is a little expensive in my opinion it doesn’t last very long. My HP Envy prints good quality images and it’s more cost-effective with HP Instant ink program. This is a great option for beginners.
I just remember you saying when using the glossy paper with your HP that the ink doesn’t dry all the way and smears. I had that same problem on my first attempt with the printer I had. So I was looking for a new printer to avoid that problem.
@@chantellemorris1370 yes, this was before I figure out all I needed to do was adjust my printer settings for the type of paper I was using with the HP Printer. After settings the paper type to glossy or photo paper and the print quality set to best. I had no issues with smearing.
This video was very helpful, however when it’s time to switch your background to a pattern. What if you don’t have the “fill” tab, which button do you select to switch the background?
Yes, I print with my HP ENVY most of the time. Just make sure to adjust the printer settings for the type of paper you will be using. For example if you’re printing on glossy photo or brochure paper. The paper tape needs to be set to photo or glossy and print quality needs to be set to best.
Trying adjusting your printer settings for the type of paper you’re using. The settings that works best for me when I’m using glossy paper is paper type: glossy photo print Quality best
Usually happens because your ink is “dye” based instead of “pigment” based. Quick google search on your ink cartridges should tell you what you have. Sometimes trying a different brand of paper will do the trick too.

The chip bags print 8.5x11. You can easily create your own template by simply purchasing a 1oz chip bags measuring and putting those measurements numbers into your editing software.
Why didn’t you just do a print and cut? I’m so confused. Seems like a lot of extra steps. Is that because you did the design in DS? I don’t designs in canva, and I can just upload, print and cut. All these extra steps aren’t needed.
Great questions, all of the extra steps because of design space print then cut limitations. In order to fit a 1 oz small bag of chips the template must be printed on a full-size 8.5 x11 sheet of paper.

Yes if you want to print a full size bag you have to convert it. You can also print straight from design space but your bags are going to be smaller.
