If you have money, you don't always need to give it to others. He did it all by himself and for him and his family. He can and should spend it however he wants.

Spending 2 percent of profit on social welfare is mandatory as per Indian law , for every company it is mandatory to spend 2 percent of the profit on corporate social responsibility ,now you calculate 2 percent of reliance industries profit, it comes somewhere around 200 to 300 million dollars per year
It's not only his house, it's accommodated with his office also. All meetings, guests, every thing is in this building, because they can't move around the city as we can so they created their own city within the building and so the 3 helipads

He has worked hard for the money. Did u know that his dad used to work at a fuel station? And when u said, it's his money, he can do whatever with it, Ur correct. And he donates a LOT of money to charity too. 🙂
