    THE WORST THING IS BUILDER IS NOT SELLING ON CARPET RATE EVEN THAT IS INSTRUCTION OF RERA AS WELL, THEY ARE MAKING BLIND TO THE PURCHASER.

    Every builder and broker in Gurgaon will tell you that every location is just four or five minutes away from their property. But imagine-just 30 minutes of rain, and you're stuck in a traffic jam that lasts forever. It doesn’t matter if you’re living in a ₹5 crore home or some so-called luxury address; Gurgaon is grossly overpriced and overhyped. I can’t understand who is buying these flats, especially when brokers will say anything, make anything available, just to pocket their hefty commissions.
    SPR is worst road in Gurgaon a days . Before buy just go there after 6PM and try a rainday

    In Ultra Luxury signature is not reliable, they don't understand basic of what rich people wants. Prime example is Signature city 93, they charged huge amount for simple 2bhk and space and car parking everything has problem, even after paying 1 CR and +
    For ultra luxury, Godrej or DLF ankh band kar ke. they understands needs
