What about the VR game where you are in an X-Wing and you get in a dog fight with Tie Fighters, then you do the trench run and blow up the Death Star? I want that VR game.
We need games with greater investment and participation from Sony as an investor, similar to what happened with Horizon Call Of The Mountain, GranTurismo 7, Kayak, and the announced Behemouth, which looks very good too. It is a technology with considerable value to only bring short-lived indie games. But unfortunately only smaller studios are working to support this technology independently and without funding.
Ofcourse most are quest ports lol how do you think indie developers make there games they use pc and quest as test sets then polish and upgrade them to shift them on to the big boy psvr2 most wouldn’t get accepted by PlayStation in the states they are in when released on quest n pc and I should know I own them all and always see massive and I mean massive differences in the psvr2 compared to there quest and pc releases
Sony does not control these games. I admit some of them are not worth buying on PSVR2 or Quest. But the games that are on PSVR2 like Synaspe, Crossfire Sierra squad most recently Vertigo 2. Make this a very worthy headset.
@@deadringer28Unless you already own a PC and a Quest. I think Synapse looks great, but it's not enough to get me to buy a $500 headset. I need more AAA exclusives.
@@gammasmash1924 well we do have Metro coming and it for certain looks like it could be the best version. Time will tell. I do have a Quest and I'm still very glad to have PSVR2. In fact the only reason I got a PS5
Well as a PC gamer for the last 20 years who’s only just got back into a PlayStation after owning a 1, 2 & 3 at time of release my first impression of these games is what a load of shit. I can count on 1 hand the amount of games I would consider buying & probably only 3 I actually would. Terrible cartoon gfx, boring zombie games which are just so old & copied they’re as boring as the MCU now. Little innovation or real quality. I hope this isn’t what to expect from the PSVR for the next few years or it may end up in a cupboard when I get back into PC gaming.
99% ported from quest 2, why have a psvr 2 with quest 2 graphical games, where are Sony aaa games I at least thought astrobot 2 and maybe blood and truth 2. Why aren’t Sony backing psvr 2 it’s a joke
But almost all the ported games are much better visions on psvr2 and there are actually a good handful of AAA games and quite a few to come this year as well and then there are all those games in between. not bad for a headset that's not even a year old yet
@@nickvingum2064 Yup this is exactly right. I am not sure why people want the PSVR2 to fail. If you have no intentions of buying one just keep supporting the headsets you own. But if Sony fails or Apple fails the whole medium will go away. Meta will not single-handedly keep it going with mobile games.
I own a PSVR, Quest (2) Quest 2 and PSVR2. Why regret any of it. You have the best of all games to play. There are at least 50 games right now that are so worth it on PSVR2 about 6 of them are exclusives and many more announced. The PSVR2 version of almost every game is the best one. Getting better all the time too. I am still trying to find a compelling reason to upgrade from my Q2 to a Q3.
@@NeominousD I love having Quest2 and PSVR2 but I okay my PSVR2 way more than Quest. I haven't picked up Asgards Wrath or Assassin's Creed so those will be waiting for me when I run out of PSVR2 games to play. I will also most likely wait till I get a Quest 3 to try those out.
Thanks for this appreciate the time 🙏

Good job on compiling this

so amazing how terrible Sony is at promoting this stuff. thank you for your work!
This is Sony's biggest problem right now. Marketing for the PS5 games isn't all that much better.
Bruh... these games dont look like theyd fully use the technologies in psvr2..
I already own almost 75% on my quest. Come on Sony

Always someone whining, nobody cares, to each it's own.

It probably had alot to do with the ceo of sony focusing more on live service games than anything . Hes leaving , Its possible sony is forcing him out
So negative move along

Astrobot did not come out for PSVR until 2 years into the life cycle. You still have 13 months to wait if going by that timetable.

I regret buying psvr2. My quest 3 has been way better

Sell it then 😂. It’s better than quest
