Close games for sure. I've heard announcers say stuff about the Dr Mario RNG and how a double blue pill is rarer than other pills, but I can't find anything about that being true online. Am I missing the sarcasm?

Blue is the least likely colour by a slight amount. Double pills in NES also appear less often. RY for Red Yellow, and YR for Yellow Red exist, but mirrors like that don't exist for YY RR or BB.
