Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on UA-cam, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on UA-cam. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on UA-cam, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. As music has fallen further out of my life, I figured this would be a great time to get reintroduced to music.

I attended a concert on May 8th 1973 in Duluth Minnesota where Rory Gallagher opened, Fleetwood Mac was second and Deep Purple were the Headliners. Rory stole the show with his great music and his energy. Loved him.
Rory Gallagher's "Tattooed Lady," "A Milion Miles Away," "Cradle Rock", "Sleeping On A Clothes-Line," and "Who's That Coming".
Thanks!!!! Yes, Rory was one of the BEST slide players ever. Watching his hand glide so effortlessly on that fretboard is a thing of beauty. The slide is a strange beast, basically creating a fretless fretboard since the frets are no longer used. Rory was a master and it takes a lot of expertise to know where the notes are located. Mark Feltham is the harp player. He and Rory had a connection and seeing them together in concert was a real treat-so much communication in their eye contact and they worked seamlessly together.
RIP he was really really great. Great album too.
One of my favorites from Rory! This is from the last studio album he recorded. A truly brilliant work which, in many ways, reflected where Rory was emotionally as well as his declining health. Rory playing slide is the technique used here, and combining that with his 1932 National Triolian Resonator guitar he gives this song that distinctive "sound" and feel. You can see another great example of this from his performance on the RTE TV program Me and My Music, 1977, where Rory plays an acoustic version of his song "Secret Agent" (full version). As you continue on your Rory journey, I suggest "Shadow Play", specifically from Belfast 1984 (quintessential Rockin' Rory on fire and a great way to see his special connection with fans). Also, "A Million Miles Away" (studio version - in which Rory plays alto sax) is one of his most beloved songs as Rory lays bare his emotions with such intense honesty, it's palpable. No matter where you go next, it's all amazing stuff. Anyway, thanks for a great reaction to this fabulous song and keep on...
My vote would be for "Laundromat" from his "Live in Europe" (1972) album. Still my favorite Gallagher song, and a terrific album with many of his best songs.
And in terms of another Rory reaction, how about something from the new album just dropped by his estate, "Rory Gallagher All Around Man" from 2 nights at the Town & Country in 1990? The opener "Continental Op" is a real banger. Other outstanding tracks are "Heaven's Gate" and the closer "Bullfrog Blues", but there's no filler on the entire set.
