You should do like generations of tanks again, but instead of making one tank and upgrading it to the Era, you should do something kinda like panzer I, II, III, IV where they are different tanks but built off the flaws of the previous design. To make it more challenging or fun you could address only one issue at a time so you have to prioritize armor, speed, or weapon damage depending on the era. (Try 3)
Thats an idea i really like, however i doubt that this would happen to be a video for a while, considering the amount of time and effort that you would need to put into making the individual tanks
I have no time in game dev, but it was a bit sad for me to see that Hamish didn't prioritise workshop support and a basic map builder before he even went onto the current stable version, meaning as he's just one guy. The game would blow up and have a massive ongoing player count if we could carve our own maps, make scenarios, and share them all alongside our tanks through the workshop. A man can dream. Right now, the shear lack of maps and scenarios means I cannot get myself to play anymore. Also, he took out the old Fields which was the best map by far, imo; which drove me mad lol. He could have just left the old one in and used different names ffs ^^
Lore of this tank: A prototype built after the M22 locust somewhere in 1940s this prototype was supposed to be mostly identical to the m22 but with better armor and a better gun, the tank was still designated as a light tank, the tank was equipped with a powerful gun and a easy to manage engine, this tank was named M22-E2 prototype, this design was soon scrapped as it had a few problems with the turret rotation speed and the transmission issue.
Ahh the M22 Locust, one of my favorite tanks ever, it's just so tiny and cute.😍 Not really the thing you wanna bring out if you wanna scare the enemy though...
@@grandconqueror2446oh no. You want to scare high-tier players, you bring a L3. L3 players do not understand the meaning of fear. They are vicious little buggers that’ll charge and shoot at _anything_ hostile, even if they cant penetrate it. I’ve seen a L3 charge a T95 before.

I mean no offence to you (if you ask me, I prefer you to Yzuei (don’t let him see this)), however I often don’t really see a point to watching two videos of the same event. Oh, and I always watch the building segments in Sprocket.
i got a question: when making custom mantlets, how do you prevent the gun from moving? if that dosent make sense, how do i stop the real mantlet from moving on the fake mantlet?
I want to see something that looks like a m60 "patton 4"(personal nickname, i do see the M60s series of tanks as a patton) preferably a3 (looking) or a2. L like have the "lore" behind it is a country has significantly more advanced weaponry but a significantly smaller military(in reality of that world, thier designs are much more ahead of everyone else but unfortunately is roughly the same technologically), basically do a m26 Pershing like tank for the trenchs, then go to a m48 patton 3 or a m60 (base or A1) patton 4 for early war then go to A2 or A3. In thr end thier designs are ahead of everyone else but not ahead technically

What sprocket really needs is steam workshop integration for both tanks and custom scenarios.

Could you share the base blueprints for the turrets/hulls that you use as the starting point? They look solid.
