i love jacksons too, but back in a day you could get a good pre owned jackson for 200-300$. Now for this price you get some chinese copy with jackson logo
Chinese copies are all around that's true. The black Jackson i have is the Chinese one and it doesn't compare to the new blue Japan production (1999 year) i bought recently.
never properly tried a set up jackson, but I feel like I never had to after I tried my teachers EBM Luke. 7 years later, I finally found one I could afford for €1250. Had to drive 4 hours to get it but it was totally worth it. Had only been used TWICE and I could tell. I don't think I'll ever need another guitar, this thing can do EVERYTHING.
