What I also learned from philosophy is that it's better to give a silent reply than an angry reply. Live in the present moment is better than remembering the negative past or expecting a negative future that leads to anxiety. No anxiety in the moment. Since life is suffering, it's best to help others to reduce the suffering and increase happiness.

Enjoying life as a thinker is quite hard.
I am a absolute freak, who over analise's everything.
One of my best friends, doesn't.
Ignorance is bliss, they told me.
But i would be bored of life pretty quick if that was the case.
I would fill the void with pointless addictions, addictions, that dont even get you high.
I have mixed feelings about it.
I am the only dude on a party, who is not going ham on music because i am busy analising people, the area, surroundings, the atmosphere. It never ends. I dont let go.
I wish to be freeër, with the same thinking capabilities. Less affected by life. More stoic, but also capable of enjoying being normal.
But i cant. Its not my nature to be free from thought, worry, or planning, and without the issue's, i wouldnt be relying on my thinking capabilities.
My friends where so amazed when i told them i dont listen to music when i take a walk. I told them i am busy thinking. I dont need the music, because my mind keeps me entertaint. Possibilities are endless, and its quite fun to be thinking.
Its never quiet in my head.
Its pretty useless information but i am sure there must be more people like me, who are,, freaks XD

I heard a question asked that sort of asked why we were made in HIS image and given free will but not allowed to eat from the tree of knowledge.
The answer given was something to the effect that HE made us in his image bc that is a perfect image according to HIM.
And the reason we were given free will boils down to God wanting a companionship with someone. See HE created the angels but they were created to be there by his side, to serve. Yet we can choose to try and join him in heaven. A true companion that didn't have to be with him but chose to be with him. And if we were to eat from the tree of knowledge it would negate the free will because we would see the plan and the truth. And that is not the plan.
I'm not religious but I found this satisfying

    • @alyssumn3884
      @alyssumn3884 Рік тому

@@stephenrosenthal5252 to me there is nothing satisfying in that. It's the same trend as the other thing. Do we have free will or not? We do in their eyes but our free will comes without true guidance in each generation. So in this world blind obedience and faith are actually very detrimental. One would think a God who gave free will would know that and not judge. One would think that an all knowing being would need to revise with the world changes. I get what you are saying but both the example I gave and the one you did rely on faith. I have most of the Bible memorized. Used to paint scriptures on my wall. We aren't living the scriptures I painted and we never will. There is a new god here and it isn't spiritual. So those billboards are horrid.

Fantastic summary of the great questions in philosophy! Epistemology and metaphysics are extremely fascinating!
I really dig your videos, even though they always make me uneasy. They always remind me of that whole world of thought that you so accurately explained and the reason you say we try to distract ourselves from it.
I sometimes feel like trying to find the perfect quote or word of wisdom to live by, the prime sophi, so to speak. But it always changes. Changes with my age. Death really is the prime motivator haha.
I've struggled with suicidal thoughts and depression, as seemingly an increasing number of people have, and come to the conclusion that life is what you make it, at least in theory. Practice is often more difficult. But real happiness is making the best of your, and others', time alive; of this there is no doubt in my mind. But whether what is best is subjective or objective, I do not know, it depends and changes constantly I suppose.
But to ponder the big questions of existentialism and the self, it makes my time here better, knowing there are such questions to ask.
Thanks for the great content mate. Splendid job, I hope you keep it up!
PS: I'm unsure if it was intentional, but calling out my inability to get out of bed in the morning by making me contemplate death was harsh, but necessary, however the background video of the man stretching his arms gave me some relief when you immediately used the clip again to show that sore muscles and stress is a legit reason to stay in bed haha.

Being a philosopher is depressive. Because you know more, not only are you lonely, you are also outcasted. But moreso, you are overly critical of your own mind, as one tends to argue for both sides or all sides, not quite satisfied with the right answer but the ongoing and difficult analysis of what constitutes an answer and what makes it right.

The only true Problem at all is the capability of us to error and be ignorant. Not only about the Things itself, but also about our judgment of our judgment of them, meaning, that we dont know, that we dont know, which is the Nature of Error and Ignorance.
The only way to know, that we know Something is to seek out, If we can name Binding reasons, which is only possible by rigorous logical Analysis. For example, Noone can say to know what is good, If they cannot say, what the principle of goodness is and what the ultimate Purpouse is, e.g Happiness, for the one depends on the other.
Therefore one must conclude, that the only key to Happiness itself is Philosophy, leading to wisdom and virtue. Therefore, If Happiness is the only purpouse in life, the only meaningfull Life is the one, that Put enough effort into Philosophy.

Life has meaning just because you are here and that is enough. it's all personal choice Jung to live by on UA-cam discusses this more in depth. There you can find your personal myth, no one else's, yours and your why. Life is beautiful and to be enjoyed. I personally found once this is understood you allow it all to flow naturally. When you allow this to happen you become creative and live. It's understanding what brings you there, is your own choice. You can get there by suffering until you stop caring or become stronger but ask yourself is that not just you overcoming the suffering because you had enough. What if you could get to that sooner without suffering. Again it's a personal choice CBT regarding regression is being defunked, trauma regression is going through it again. Jung to live by get your why, you are here that's enough you just being in this world is meaning.

1-Imagine with me that this heaven and earth and everything in between were created by God
2-Then he put it all into service to humans
3-Every creature in this universe has a feature and a specific role to play that distinguishes it from others
For example, he gave the cheetah the advantage of speed, and gave the falcon the advantage of two pilots, and gave the shark the advantage of diving, and gave the cows milk and meat....etc. And he subjected all that to humans
And give us the advantage of learning so that we can search and know that there really is a Creator for us
And He wanted us, after we have searched and learned that He really exists, to thank Him for that and be honest with Him without seeing Him until our time in this test (the life we now live) is over.
God does not want to force anyone to thank Him and worship Him in this life. He gave each one of us the freedom of choice, but He commanded us to worship Him until we win eternal life in heaven And we see God
And whoever does not want is free in this life to choose whatever he wants, but he will be eternally in hell
    -
God created the devils with us and gave us the love of desires and created this world beautiful and charming and they are our enemies in making our decisions and devotion to God
Evil humans decide to ally themselves with demons in exchange for exploiting people and teaching them everything wrong about God so that they give up and follow Satan.
It is foolish to enjoy a few years in return for eternity in hell
But it is wise to worship God and thank Him because He is the one who gave you everything and enjoy life as He commanded you
And you win here and God guides you and solves every problem that you yourself fell into and teaches you a lot of wisdom to live better than those who gave their back to God and followed their instincts and the devils and you will be eternally in heaven
    -------
Some may ask why God would allow evil people to live here
God is merciful to all of us and just always sends messengers to remind us that there is no way or escape from death and meeting God
And every one of us will be held accountable when this life ends here
Whoever does good deeds, works righteously on earth, and worships God, will be rewarded with eternity in Paradise
And whoever spreads corruption on earth, worships Satan, or anything else besides God, will live forever in Hell
Top reasons why people stay the right way
They prefer to follow their ego, their lusts, or the opinions of their friends and parents, and think badly of God
They do not search impartially or learn by themselves. They only care about learning what benefits them in work and this life, and they do not care about whether there is another life or not.

      Hello, thanks for your response
I understand you, too. In the past, I had reached the same feeling as you
But after a period of despair, something remained inside me that scolded me.
I searched again, changed myself and my way of thinking, thought neutrally and positively, and resisted my ego, so I was able to truly reach
God is merciful and loves us. We must learn how to imagine Him or think about Him with our hearts and with good feelings, and not by the whispers of Satan or mistrust.
Remember this God is the one who gave us the heart and feelings and he sees what we hide in our hearts
If your intention is sincere and your heart loves to know the truth, God will guide you to the path, you, me, or any other person
Try to specify to me what things are unknown or illogical to you and I will help you and if you want to explain to you more just give me your account on any platform I can talk to you on

“The Other Side NDE” on UA-cam. Everyone is allowed to experience paradise! Regardless of the circumstances they grew up in and what religion they are with. You are judging other religions as if they were WRONG. But in reality, they are all pointing towards the same truth. Nothing changes that. Our beliefs get lost in the word soup , there is only one Truth. “My religion is better than yours” is too common. And this belief is just a result of misunderstanding. Which is normal. And fine and beautiful. You are not your Ego. No one is their ego. We are all Love and Light forever ♾️. Identity is a temporary pattern. Identity is divine, but it is not the truth. Evil is subjective, what you may see as evil may not be evil in the objective world. Just a thought. Anyway, “the other side NDE” is a great source of people’s experience with the “afterlife”.
This IS paradise! We are just making a mess out of it😂 and that’s okay. Truth will be revealed to every one. Every eye will see Him, even the ones who pierced him. (Didn’t believe). TRUTH IS TRUTH FOREVER ♾️

What is the source from which you get your information?
You just follow the guess and think you are smarter than everyone else No creature can believe that it is smarter or more knowledgeable than the one who created it
Yes, there are many people who have the characteristics and habits that you mentioned, but not everyone.....You must search and understand more deeply in order not to become like them
It is not me, or you, or any other creature that chooses the religion that we must all follow .The owner of the land and the exam is the one whose orders we must follow in order to know how to answer correctly
Surely his religion will be good for all of us, protect our rights, and teach us how we should coexist in peace &What should we do and what should we beware of.
This is the role of religion, a law that everyone must respect, and no creature has the right to change or transgress it
Any person must follow that law, no matter how powerful and influential he is, so that no one takes away the rights of the other
But people every time put the appropriate law according to their thinking that helps them exploit the rest, and this is the reason for all wars and corruption in the land.
These conflicts and chaos are people's choice because they did not submit to the Creator's law and follow their own desires
In the end, if you really believe this is paradise, why is there so much evil and chaos in it?
And who will hold accountable that person who kills innocent people and robs them of their rights?
Also, if we have to enjoy and be silent, what is the fault of all those children who died and did not have fun with us in heaven?🤔
Finally, if this is heaven, why is there death in it?😂
What is this god that you follow😅
God, we are all His creatures, loves us and is merciful, but He rules with justice and will not allow any creature to cross the limits set for it without being held accountable.
If someone does not respect God's commands, how do you think God will respect him?
Only if that person retracts from the path of evil and chooses to follow the path prescribed for him in this exam will he succeed
Search and learn, you will find that the words I say to you are true, and I advise you on something I am doing and I am sure that it is true
I do not ask you for anything in return. Think and search well
Your soul is like you need material things, it needs food for your soul and you will not achieve peace within you until you reach it
Do not believe me, search impartially in all religions and you will find that there is a religion, no matter how evil people try to fight it and hide it, it remains preserved by the Creator for you and for everyone.

But If so, i must warn you, that you May be trapped in Illusion, for If you think for example, that the existentialist Paradigm understood as giving meaning by of oneself for oneself is true. For it must be wrong, If understood in this concise mannor, for a meaning givin to oneself is as arbitrary as deciding by oneself what is true and good etc. These Things cannot be givin, neither by a god, nor by oneself.
