Tommy’s vessel was already gonna die, he just felt guilty for putting Tommy’s soul in the kid incase the kid could have survived. That’s why Agatha says “no sometimes boys just die” it was very bittersweet
Billy didn’t kill the boy in the pool. He just put Tommy’s soul into the body when the boy died. I actually think Billy worrying “am I killing this boy?” Shows the fundamental difference between him and someone like Agatha. She never shows remorse and justifies her actions no matter who she hurts.
Honestly he is like both his mama. His biological and adoptive, pretty good-hearted . And I think that’s one of the reason why his crone “mother”Agatha likes him, since he’s a lot like his own son. This is just me, if Billy turned down a dark, especially if it’s gonna put him in threatening, Agatha’s little bravo about killing will might fade because the one thing that made him be like her son would be slipping away, idk Agatha would allow that to happen. Also, I hope they bring Billy guilt for getting Sharon, Alice, and Lilia again. Also I like headcanon that he now has Alice and Lilia powers
I went in exactly as you did lol, I was convinced we were going to find out Agatha was at least partially redeemable... but I'm kinda glad that was not the case, it's become too tired a trope. Plus, it doesn't make sense a lot of the time, especially in Disney properties. See Cruella for instance, we know she's going to become a dog killer eventually, why try to make her sympathetic in the One-hundred Dalmatians prequel?? Just give us a villain-villain... which is exactly what Agatha is. After what she did in Wandavision, it would have been silly and borderline impossible to have her be in any way good, unless they said she had to do bad stuff to save somebody else. But that would have been unsatisfying imho, because it would have stripped the character of any agency or depth. To your last point, I'm pretty sure Billy didn't kill the boy in the pool, he just took advantage of a situation that was going to end up in death anyway. It's like Agatha said right after he disappeared, sometimes boys just die (my favourite line in the whole show btw, so poignant and heartbreaking the way it also referred to her son).
@@bdp8102 Viewers have been saying for the longest they want a really villain and here comes Agatha on a silver platter. I like her character even though she’s a villain
You're shocked that the writer who said Wanda Maximoff is so emotionally immature that she'd take over an entire town of innocent people to play out her trauma fantasy has made another story where the Villain is just misunderstood? Well? What do you expect?
Don't know why UA-cam is showing this vid to me, but I'll comment. I disagree. I don't think Agatha is THAT bad... She's a villain for sure, but also a very complex character. It's more like she's been misunderstood and sad for her whole life, till some point, she just gave up on everything, bathing herself in her anger and sorrow, that's how she became a villain. It seems like she's trying to make everybody hate and scare about her, so nothing bothers her anymore. Yet we can see she still got very little good inside her. The best proof is, she told Jen that she hates her, but she spared her, because she knew what she was doing was good.
I honestly disagree. I think she is that bad. She may be a complex character, but her actions can’t be excused. She is a horrible, evil person, and no amount of small good deeds can change that. The way I describe characters like her-and I don’t know if you’ll agree-is that she isn’t cartoonishly evil; she is a person. Her motivations are complex, and she can have people she loves and beliefs she genuinely holds, even if her actions are horrendous. In our real-world history, there are plenty of people who could be described as evil because of their actions, yet they were also considered good, loving fathers.
Don't get what's your point. Already said that she's evil and so? Nobody said she's cartoonishly evil. I was just saying that she wasn't THAT evil. However there's no point to argue about this. If you think she's super evil, then she is to you, not to me though.
I just think that it's unfair how people talk about Agatha being this horrible, evil person but see Dr. Strange as a hero. He killed trillions of people just because he wanted to be with Christine. Correct me if I'm wrong, but... Isn't that way more than Agatha killed? Wanda is also a mass murderer. I just think people are quick to point out that Agatha is a villain through and through but never bring up Strange's genocides. Also, Billy is no innocent. He, too, knew who Agatha was from the very beginning. But that didn't matter as long as he got what he wanted from her.
@@meidson12 I have criticized Wanda in a previous video because I felt like she was bad. I totally get what you mean. With Agatha I was so sad because I thought she was going to become a “good” villain. I thought Billy accidentally made the road wouldn’t that make him innocent?
@@angel_alexi Billy knew that Agatha was a murderous evil witch before he even met her, but he still freed her from her prison in order to get what he wanted. Agatha's first instinct on being freed was just to run away, but Billy pushed her to do The Road, which for all Billy knew would re-power this de-powered evil witch, but he was apparently fine with releasing her back into the world if that also meant that he could get his brother back. Finally, Billy knew that everyone who had ever attempted The Road sans Agatha had died, but he was still on board for gathering the coven and manipulating them into joining him. He wasn't overly concerned with everyone's safety as long as he could get his prize at the end. That isn't innocent behavior that's making a deal with the devil.
She was killing those witches to put off Rio from coming back for Nicky, that’s why he died the day she didn’t kill that one witch. She did kill Alice by accident. Her trial was to kill Someone she didn’t. She is self interested but she’s been harmed so long that it’s a habit for her
Billy in the comics is the demiurge. He’s beyond Wanda’s power but atm still learning his power
