Could you show an example of how you would wire in a light bar using the Niilight wiring harness and the Yamaha accessory plug? I’ve seen a few people describe how to wire the accessory plug to the rocker switch but haven’t seen a single video for an example. I think a lot of people would benefit from something like that. Thank you!
You got it, I can do that for sure. Also, check this video out where I wired a chase light to the rear of my RMAX. RIGID CHASE LIGHT INSTALL… ua-cam.com/video/eIo-3ad4mbA/v-deo.html
They are tucked away for sure! They are way easier to find on the X2, they're in RMAX, you need to dig for them, and some of them are wrapped up pretty good.
Hello. I'm wanting to wire in a winch on the base model RMAX4. Trying to figure out if yamaha has the wiring already there, and is it fused separate from the accessory wire plugs. Thanks.
Not that I know of, you’ll need to run all the wires. If you go with a Warn AXON you don’t have hardly any wires because the contactor is inside the winch. It will take you about 30 min to install.
Best off road channel on UA-cam.
Thank you my friend! 👍🏼

With these accessory connections I'm assuming that they are through a fuse to protect the wiring system of the RMAX. Yes? No?
Great vid, was looking for this to connect a light bar
Thanks Bret, glad I could help!
When’s live talk coming back?
We’re working on changing the format up, stay tuned buddy…👍🏼
@@FishersOffRoad Don’t worry about me… I won’t be going anywhere. Lol
I understand key hot, is there a plug for hot all the time without hooking to the battery?
There is, you'll need to test the wires close to where you want to hook up to.
Did you ever Do a video on how to change transmission oil on a 2020 Maverick sport 1000 ?
I cant find any video on tath THANKS
No sorry, we never did. I think we did a diff change but not the tranny.
Would it be possible
For what I have read, there is supposed to be 5 plugs but I have only found three. Are two hidden somewhere else behind the firewall?

How difficult would it be to wire in a bus bar to the r max?
It would not be very difficult, depending on how you hook it up you could get more than 20A for all the connections going to the bus bar.
