11:40 looks like Xing-He also realized that around 90% of the time Lelouch's tactics are some variation of "destroy the ground underneath them".
I would also add that the Black Knights don't know the full extent of Schneizle's plan. They see Damocles as a weapon that is necessary to defeat Lelouch after which world peace can be achieved by the UFN.

Schinzel has always been established to be a very manipulative individual. In R1 he used the Gaiwan to shoot at Suzaku and the Black Knights without any mercy. In R2, he arranged the political marriage with the Chinese empress and convinced the Black Knights to betray Zero. So its really very easy to turn Nunally against Suzaku and Lelouch, who have both lied to her this whole, though its to protect her. Schinzel only needs to tell Nunally about the Euphy incident, twisted it a bit, and boom Lelouch is a huge ass jerk for what he did to Euphy.
I actually really admired Nunally for taking the Fleja switch though. Its proof of her determination to defeat Lelouch and her willingness to stain her hands with blood doing so, and yeah we can safely assume Schinzel didn't tell either the BKs or Nunally about his plans to nuke everyone later. Nunally was also probably only told that the Fleja would only be used on the soldiers in the war and not indiscriminately on civilians as well
The Nina hate is stupid, childish and ridiculous honestly. Nina is Oppenheimer of the CG world. She created the bomb out of vengeance, but she realized and hated the destruction of the bomb ever more, and now she's working hard to fix it. She actually had a proper character arc and I wish people would appreciate her more instead of just jumping on the Nina hate bandwagon.
One more question: what do you think about the Ashford school episodes in the series? I have seen a few reactors who actually hated these episodes and just deemed them as stupid or filler. They wanted CG to be more AOT basically.

Plot-twist: Arthur dies. JK But yeah when I saw this show the first time, this was (maybe it was the previous episode) that I realized I don't know if I currently like ANY of the characters. Love the story, but everyone just has so much baggage right now! (Don't worry, I came around) I love your reactions, and I look forward to your analyses of the final 2!
