8:00 THANKFULLY they changed their minds! You get points even if you lose just without the 2.5x for winning and the time bonus points. If you lose you get only the team bonus (your score + teammate score). So the last 5 minutes of the video are... kinda useless. But hey, atleast we get points for losing.
Also I completely agree with you about the bugged pizza slices. People are really overreacting. But now we will get free 300 pizza slices that weren't planned at all (only because of the spaghetti code in Brawl Stars), so that is a win for us.

@@MiniNEDYT I can confirm that points in the end screen show up (the team bonus). I sadly forgot to check if it added the score to my total (you never know if supercell's code will work), but seeing that it counts the points in end screen, tells me that it is supposed to.
Also the information about the change was in the video of them explaining how the pizza planet event works (you can check if you want). This is also how I learned about it.
@@MiniNEDYT Yes,the compensation is true,Brawl Stars said on twitter that the compensation should be arriving around January 9th with the release of Meeple due to the large ammount of players who will get the compensation

I thought we would have a strong start to the new year and well, the only reason why the Krust cash was converted to pizza slices was because the developers were lazy and reused code and didn't look it over. Once again quantity over quality just tired of it man

Something that irritates me is this level of resentment that some people have for the players who got lucky and benefitted from the bug knowing damn well they would have done the same thing and bought a bunch of skins if they got lucky with the bug.
This event is so scuffed, I haven’t even gotten the pizza slices I earned from the 3 day tournament or the 300 slices everyone was supposed to get
It is not only cosmetics, I can buy new brawlers like surge and kit using pizza slices. I am only a free to play15k player with no rank 50. I want to buy a new good legendary brawler. 1400 pizza slices for surge and 1500 pizza slices for kit. I hope I will get to buy one of them by end of the month.
i feel like supercell has been making more decisions in favor of themselves and to make the most money like adding a daily limit on your xp so you cant grind making you use the app longer or making it so you cant pay for the battle pass using gems and its REALLY ANNOYING and i played it when it just came out and i always felt like there was a lot of passion going in it and i still think there is but now there is so many problems and dumb issues

The event has many issues but i have loved the events that have came out this year also the shop gives u coins pp and credits ontop of brawlers so its not entirely cosmetics

And you know the event game mode is not good for reasons and I know some people will say that supercell says you can get 2000 pizza slices at the end of the event and say that you can get them while being number one which is not true some people did their calculations me and everyone else will not gets 2000 pizza at the end of event and that's not cool and cheese in the game event we are cook💀💀💀

The pizza shop does have brawlers and hypercharge drops in them so i think the glitch was quite unfair but i still agree with you that the backlash for it is too much, most of the offers are cosmetic.I just think the last few events have got the community riled up and that’s why this whole situation has gotten so out of hand.I had the contest glitch too and it sucked, luckily i have tons of time to waste so it didn’t affect my progression.
this was just bad by them not a good look tho it doest really matter as we weren't ment to get it most folk like me gets 300 free pizza(also you should do a vid playing devils advocate for supercell)
I am the one who said that you gain no point in tournament mode for losing, and I wanted to mention that I was kinda wrong, you still gain points for losing, but the number of points is low because the winning team gain 2.5 times more points, it is still bad but it is not as bad as I expected.
