Great video, I grew up, went to school and worked in Bromley, must have done that walk from Bromley south to Bromley North thousands of times. Moved away 33 years ago and it’s lovely to see all the places I know despite all the changes. Thank you.
Wow it’s changed since I last was there in 1993, I use to walk from Bromley North station to Cromwell Ave where the old Intasun Holidays use to be. nearly 12 years doing the same walk unfortunately not many of the old shops left especially the Lodge Grill, Thanks for putting the video up
I have lived in Bromley for 40 odd years and there is no doubt that since they built tower blocks of flats in the town there has been a loss of shops and a deterioration in the quality of shops and it can only be that the people who have moved in have not the surplus of cash to spend. Gentrification a dirty word in Labour Party speak would have been a better alternative as that brings in the money and gives a goal for people to aim for.
@@TheAmbientAmbler thank u so much…also does unlimited visitor pass works in trains and metro??last time I visited 8 yrs back…I took unlimited travel pass for 7 days..
It is an absolute tip now, someone else made a recent video on it and he ate at a cafe which I checked out as it looked rough and its hygiene rating was one out of five by the local authority
amazing video dude

It nice to look at Bromley High Street I love going to Bromley High Street myself on the bus from Croydon
Can’t go wrong in Bromley and the lady in the turquoise dress at about 12:05 is stunning.
Lovely town, thanks for sharing.

Hello, you just get the Southeastern Train to Victoria, every 15 minutes or so and takes around 18 mins. Get an Oyster card and just tap in and out!

😢 British towns are so soulless, it’s like all the effort went into central London and they forgot to care about the rest
