This combination of motion graphics and clear narration helped me understand these concepts quickly. Thank you.

    Ash,
Thanks! Great video. Very clear and concise. I am a SCORE mentor and the typical response from us is "complete this 20 page business model", which of course very few people do. The Lean Canvas, on the other hand, is much more beneficial AND something the client would probably do. So it's a win-win situation.

Great summary. I like that it really guides through building a lean canvas in an hour or so.

Excellent way to interject discipline & focus into business thinking -- taking what we think we know & pressure testing it into a concise view

Ash, thank you so much for the video
A 22 minute video took me 3 hours to understand and another 5 hours to do a model for a new project (new for me, but it has been already developed). Tough result is amazing: we've found 9 important features the app misses. 4 of them are must have in the nearest version. And 2 of these 4 would take way too much time to implement later rather than now

Absolutely fantastic video. Love the practical reality explained rather than so called perfection oriented talks.

Excellent video Ash! After spending 20 minutes developing your initial business model canvas your should still have time to spend 2 minutes on your initial business cash flow forecast

Hi Ash, Thank you for this. It was extremely helpful and perfect level of handholding throughout the canvas. It didn't take me 20 min, but I didn't expect it to. Great stuff!

Hi, Ash! You walked me through lean stack (and gave me permission to use your content in my online stuff) back in Google Plus days. I'm pitching this weekend, and I didn't realize how much I'd learned until they told me to familiarize myself with the lean stack model!

I think this video is sensational and I know my students do too. I highly recommend it if you want to help students understand the business model generation process.

Ash, thanks for this exhaustive guide through Business Canvas Modelling! Practical examples are really valuable. In addition, the interactive learning aspect is truly helpful. I would also appreciate if you dived into more details about how the model guided you in your case, perhaps in a separate video :)

hi Ash, did you actually apply Lean Canvas for CloudFire? What was the outcome? I checked on it and seemed like CloudFire did not turn out successful.
Can you site working examples that proved Lean Canvas as an effective start-up tool?
    Thank you.

I think what Ash meant was that you first have to grow your user base to a certain extend (turn it into an asset), so you could monetize it.

In the fist segment 2:49 you list users as customers. Then at 4:45 you say that customers pay you (aka advertisers) and Users are the ones you prevoisly listed as customers but hope to convert to paying customers. its confusing.
