Ash, Thanks! Great video. Very clear and concise. I am a SCORE mentor and the typical response from us is "complete this 20 page business model", which of course very few people do. The Lean Canvas, on the other hand, is much more beneficial AND something the client would probably do. So it's a win-win situation.
Excellent video Ash! After spending 20 minutes developing your initial business model canvas your should still have time to spend 2 minutes on your initial business cash flow forecast
Ash, thank you so much for the video A 22 minute video took me 3 hours to understand and another 5 hours to do a model for a new project (new for me, but it has been already developed). Tough result is amazing: we've found 9 important features the app misses. 4 of them are must have in the nearest version. And 2 of these 4 would take way too much time to implement later rather than now
Hi Ash, Thank you for this. It was extremely helpful and perfect level of handholding throughout the canvas. It didn't take me 20 min, but I didn't expect it to. Great stuff!
Hi, Ash! You walked me through lean stack (and gave me permission to use your content in my online stuff) back in Google Plus days. I'm pitching this weekend, and I didn't realize how much I'd learned until they told me to familiarize myself with the lean stack model!
I think this video is sensational and I know my students do too. I highly recommend it if you want to help students understand the business model generation process.
Ash, thanks for this exhaustive guide through Business Canvas Modelling! Practical examples are really valuable. In addition, the interactive learning aspect is truly helpful. I would also appreciate if you dived into more details about how the model guided you in your case, perhaps in a separate video :)
thanks for the information!......but it should be veeery useful if you put each link of the time in the video where you talk about each part of the canvas....
hi Ash, did you actually apply Lean Canvas for CloudFire? What was the outcome? I checked on it and seemed like CloudFire did not turn out successful. Can you site working examples that proved Lean Canvas as an effective start-up tool? Thank you.
Hello, great tutorial thanks, did you make the other video on how to bullet proof the business model as you mention at the end of this video? what's the link?
Thanks for the video. I'm halfway through it and I'm learning a lot. Btw, I guess cloudfire doesn't exist anymore, right? Edit: I watched the whole video. There are so many important details I learnt. Thank you
Hi Ash, thanks! it's really helpful, yet short and sweet. Would you mind if I download the video and share it in youku (Chinese video platform)? I will mark the original source from here.
@Ash, I'm familiar with Alex's version of the Business Model Canvas, which has Partners, Resources and Relationships - I'm still new with all of this but would like to understand the reasons for the differences between your approach and Alex's. Thanks!
In the fist segment 2:49 you list users as customers. Then at 4:45 you say that customers pay you (aka advertisers) and Users are the ones you prevoisly listed as customers but hope to convert to paying customers. its confusing.
This combination of motion graphics and clear narration helped me understand these concepts quickly. Thank you.
Ash,

Great summary. I like that it really guides through building a lean canvas in an hour or so.
Excellent video Ash! After spending 20 minutes developing your initial business model canvas your should still have time to spend 2 minutes on your initial business cash flow forecast
Very neat way of summarising the business model canvas! Some new insights to restructuring your canvas in a better and effective way!
Ash, thank you so much for the video

Excellent way to interject discipline & focus into business thinking -- taking what we think we know & pressure testing it into a concise view
Absolutely fantastic video. Love the practical reality explained rather than so called perfection oriented talks.
Wow! Thank you for your response. Now I am more convinced to use Lean Canvas approach in developing my start-up.
Hi Ash, Thank you for this. It was extremely helpful and perfect level of handholding throughout the canvas. It didn't take me 20 min, but I didn't expect it to. Great stuff!
Well done. Clear and Concise Explanation. Got my canvas done. Cheers Ash.
Thanks Ash, you helped me clarify things with BMC. I'm half way through your book right now.

Thank you for information Mr. Ash Maurya. This is great!
Thank you. I appreciate it being very concise along with good examples. It was very helpful.
fantastic break down made it easy
20 min? Took med 4 hours haha, but I did it. So helpful!
Nice presentation. I like the simpler canvas.
Awesome walkthrough!
I think what Ash meant was that you first have to grow your user base to a certain extend (turn it into an asset), so you could monetize it.
Great video. Some really useful insights. Thank you.
Nice work Ash! Thank you
thanks for the information!......but it should be veeery useful if you put each link of the time in the video where you talk about each part of the canvas....
perfect explanation, respect
Perfect Ash, thank you for sharing!

Really nice walkthrough! Good job!
Didn't quite get the point at 15:43 though, would you care to explain that a little bit better?
Thanks!

A tad late reply but I think that this model focuses on problems and customers and continuous learning above everything else.
Reading his book!
