I think the problem was that Falcon didn't get enough screen time. And with such crazy fights coming from Cap, Bucky and even Nick Fury, Falcon kinda got left out.

War On Convention Films Super serum makes the person injected with the serum capable of feats any normal human cannot do or attempt to do. A human could practice blocking those bullets from the Chain gun (whatever it was) 500 times and fail everytime and Captain America would get it on the first try. Also, the angle of the shield, the guy is standing on the roof of a car... all about angles. Hail hydra.

Sam/Steve friendship was obvious from the start. Whereas Nat/Steve was "tolerable -teammates" especially when she was being sneaky all the time.

I cant even imagine how much skill and coordination it takes to dodge a bullet fired from point blank range, react and predict where the next shots will go and move people out of the way all in a few seconds. Hats off to Black Widow in this scene.
We couldn't calculate all the factors but Steve with the Supersoldier serum in him which has inhanced his brain to the point we he does the calculations on the fly.

I get into a lot of arguments with people who say that Captain America isn't superhuman. They try and say that he is "enhanced" or "peak" human, but that is bullshit. Cap getting blasted off a roof by a rocket launcher, falling 20 feet off an overpass going 40 miles per hour, crashing through a city bus, which is probably also going 40 mph, AND BEING PERFECTLY OKAY MAKES HIM SUPERHUMAN!!!
Honestly, Cap goes through all of that, and he doesn't have any broken bones, no cuts, not even a bruise! He's a little dirty, but that's it! He was even able to go toe-to-toe with another Superhuman with a Vibranium arm, master martial artist and weapons expert, who was completely fresh! Not tired, or beat up, 100%!
Captain America, at least the Marvel Cinematic Universe version, is Superhuman, not "peak" human.
David Vallejo Muscles absorb most of the impact. If your muscle density is high and is extremely high in strength, they can absorb and distribute impacts more efficiently than someone with no/weak muscle mass.
Punch a lady in the stomach when she is flexing compared to a man thats been working out for 10 years, one will feel like you're hitting a marshmallow and you'll hurt her bad. The other will feel like a brick wall and he'll laugh it off.
Now multiply that by 10x, Capt's muscles are fucking strong, when tensed up, they'll more than likely prevent his body from twisted/curling from impact which causes torn ligaments and dislocations/broken bones.
As for the organs? The Gforce behind them? No idea, not sure if that serum improved the tensile strength of his organs. Otherwise I can see internal organ damage from such high Gforce.
sacr3 I'd still say he is more than "peak human condition". According to Marvel Wikia (not that it would be the ultimate truth, just a guess I guess ( :-) ) ), he can lift up to 1200 lbs, which is more than enough to say he is superhuman. I mean he fell from 25th floor and survived without any broken bones (although the shield absorbed most of the impact, even if you had shield that would absorb any kinetic energy, your hand would be shattered by said shield) so yeah. At the end of the movie, he took like 10 punches with vibranium hand to his face. Survived. Any normal human within the marvel universe would probably have his skull shattered. But yeah, he is on the weaker side of the superhuman class. But he is definetly in there.

Physically he's more like his Ultimate Comic counterpart who is Superhuman. That marvel Wikia is about Cap in the 616-comic continuity. These movies take things from 616 and Ultimate Universes. He's morally the 616 character but physically the Ultimate one.

It can be taken relatively, like "greater than normal", or "higher than the *current* best", or absolutely, "beyond the capability of *any* human, full stop." Clearly, Cap surpasses the first definition, so we can dismiss that as obvious and uninteresting. But does he go beyond the second, stricter one? It is an open question. Why? Because to answer it we would need a full, by-the-numbers analysis of *exactly* what the human body's limitations are: eg *exactly* what is the max limit of human strength, etc. So, no, Cap is not superhuman but the peak of potential, keeping him in line with his mainstream comics counterpart.

He took a blast from Hawkeye's arrow and not only survived was totally undamaged just thrown out from sky because his vehicle didn't survive and he still gas human equivalent body weight. Imagine that blast in face of Hawkeye or Falcon or BW.
And that all was after getting beaten by THOR. Remember the head but Thor gave to Ironman? How he crushed arms of his armor like clay? Who stopped Hulk's arm with raw physical strength?
3 avengers (4 if you include blast from Ironman) beat hima nd he was still fine. He lost because Chittauri army was destroyed, his scepter was taken away from him and there was Thor plus other avengers who he couldn't defeat and control alone.

This movie is fucking awesome. One of the best things is, every time the Winter Soldier is on screen, you actually feel the threat. And the choreography and score. Just *chef kiss* .

This movie did an excellent job showing how dangerous of a villain HYDRA really was. In just about every other MCU movie, the danger is an antagonist centered around one dude, which in turn makes the threat knowable and thus not fearsome. But this movie? HYDRA was clearly shown to be highly organized, massive, and ruthless. There was no dissent in their ranks, but everyone can operate on their own if need be, meaning there isn’t one person to kill to end the threat. Bucky was just one pawn, and a powerful one at that. This time, their motto wasn’t just a lame rallying cry.

Poor Falcon, his car got completely fucked up! But it was pretty badass when he took down that dude with just a basic as knife. Also for some reason I really like the way Cap escapes the car by pulling Black Widow and Falcon on the door with him. I dunno it's just interesting and cool looking.

Well shooters are trained to shoot the center of the body, so we can always say that the goons are REALLY obedient and uncreative.
