It is more lively in the summer, several outdoor artisan events are being kept also, but still it wont be very busy because in Finland it's always a bit more relaxed :p (not many ppl live here) i started my walk very late so everything was closed already ^^ *Edit: I compared fast Japan and Finland in size & population, they are both similar size, Japan a bit bigger but the population is SOOOO MUCH more :p
