Hi Ian. Good for you talking about it. Keep doing what your doing. Love watching you and all that you get up too. Your living the life most people would love and doing your own thing in your own surroundings away from society. that’s peace of mind. Keep it up mate and well done. 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Ian! Oh, your such a early riser! You can also write the camera into into the description, because some people are more interested in your content than the back production. Maybe a special video just a out your camera equipment that can be shared out? I do like your gear and lenses. Good images.
You are so inspiring to those that suffer from manic depression disorder or similar mental illnesses. To talk about it and admit to yourself that you have to find what works for you to help you cope in such a turbulent world today is key to improving your fife. You are not different from others you are aware of how your moods swing from low to high and live a lifestyle that is cohesive to how you feel so you minimize the lows in your life. Do you know Ian, I know people who have severe mood swings and their quality of life is not what it should be or could be if they just admit to themselves they need help. It is nothing to be ashamed of and believe me the lifestyle that is lived today has surfaced this condition, resulting in more people than you would ever think that has this condition and some do not even recognize it. You live a very healthy lifestyle and are focused on what is the most important in life ...Living a calm, peaceful. loving and kind life. God bless you always.
Be very proud of yourself for having the strength and confidence to talk openly about yourself X As you said your life style is your tonic and your purpose in life good to n you I always say the person that always seems happy and smiling is a front for me But yeah the lows are the hardest to get motivated
It's much more chores, but all the chores have a real purpose. Thanks goodness that there are modern communication, like your mobile, so that you can reach out. It's that conscious decision beyond the effects of bipolar keeping from reaching out that is the fight... Sometimes the fight of ones life. I like the two steps on the ladder. I'm glad you found your ladder, Ian. The cabin It's still pressure, but it's not the same kind of pressure. Good that you touched on how it seems counter intuitive to take medication when a person feels well. And you're absolutely right that's everyone has bad days, but when someone doesn't have the ability all the time to pull in out of a down, it's a different game with different rules. I'm glad you're sharing youe experience and challenges.
Absolutely. I have had bad days in the past... Luckily the distant past... When I thought the road ahead was very dark, and somehow I decided I can't worry about things that are out of my control, and if I just keep putting one foot in front of the other, I can make my way out of the abyss. And if I can't control it, then if I got a good night's rest, I'll be able to handle it better anyway. I haven't had a day like that in a long time, I'm happy to say. Sweet dreams, Ian. I'm off to bed.
I've not been right since i left my ex wife, really really bad break up. Don't cope with stress at all now. Work stress i'm ok with, once i sign off from my shift all is good but personnel life stress? thats different. Mom has Dementia and thats the biggest stress in my life at the mo by a mile. I lie awake at night thinking about mom's situation and i'm knackered the next day with brain fog when i need to be on my toes otherwise death can ensue. As you know Ian, me and Maria are looking to move off grid to Scotland for the quite life with just a few chosen close friends.
