Good lord... Did he just managed to explain clearly the wave/particle duality of quantum mechanic in a way that a 12 years old can understand?
I'm amazed at each video. This guy deserves a monument, and to be canonized as St Teacher (and I'm not religious)

only nptel is the one stop solutions to prepare for ESE with relevant concepts....i understood this after spending years in coaching classes..Thank u very much sir for these awesome lectures.

good to join if u dnt hv basics of ur subjects,bt if u know some subjects then jst take notes of any good coaching and make ur own notes along with nptel, and in those subjects in which u r weak join coaching only for those as subject-wise classes if u want good answers fr these questions better to join a Facebook page that is LEARN GATE FREE...that also helps me a lot fr my queries ..

I can't believe I just understood and got an intuitive grasp of the wave/particle duality...
This guy is a super-hero, with alien teaching powers

Very good explanation so far, but l'm still unsure how he'll explain the complicated quantum physics involved in this subject mathematically!

Sir you are an amazing teacher.I have a question there is a law that charge cannot be there without mass but mass can be there without charge then how is a hole possible without mass?

The electron is frees, not the atom ;-). It's free when the photon has enough energy to break the bond. In total the photon and electron in the bond have to have 1,12eV for Silizium.
