The most annoying thing is when girls hate on another girl just for doing her best.
Like when I was in school there was this girl who had a great body from working out, always wore good outfits, hair and makeup done, was nice to everyone, and cared about her schoolwork.
I found her to be motivational but I would hear other girls hating on her as soon as she walked into the room. I mean the girl would raise her hand to answer a question, and when she was right (she clearly studied hard) another girl would be all "this bitch thinks she's so much better than everyone, blah blah blah".
Women seriously find it so difficult to embrace and support other womens' successes and it's sad.

You know, if a black girl "don't rock her natural hair", i don't think they ALL hate themselves. Some do, some don't. If the shoe fits, flex it.
My point is rock a weave, closure, frontal, etc AND strut your natural hair. But if you are older than 18 and you STILL don't know how to maintain your hair in its natural state, then yeah. We have a problem. As black women, we have so many options when it comes to the way we style our hair. But if you can't maintain the foundation that contributes to our blackness and our uniqueness, then YES. We have a problem. #forus #itsnotjusthair

About the whole natural hair thing. It's so annoying when some people are like "I've never put weave in my hair i just have my natural hair" and that type of jazz. For me i have some really nice curly hair that is a decent length but my hair gets tangled really easily no matter what and gets really dry so I can't leave my hair out. Leaving my natural hair out is damaging. My hair is either in box braids, just natural braids, or straightened. I'm not gonna lie occasionally I don't have a choice so I gel my hair back but that's it. People need to realize not everyone has the same type of hair.
