- Today we're taking a look at the Top 10 Small Schools to rebuild in your College Football 25 Dynasty! I went through a bunch of factors for each team and why each team will be a fun rebuild in the CFB 25 Dynasty! All of these teams are from the Group of 5!

I’m actually shocked no one else is talking about FIU. I graduated and ran track at FIU, the athletics program is in shambles. I’m glad someone is finally talking about FIU, jerseys and field is sick too

I’m from Jersey so my first dynasty will be with Rutgers. Feel like they’ll be a 2 star team at most . Being in that conference with Ohio st, penn st & Michigan will set up to be a great challenge to run through.

A bunch of my homies and I are doing an online dynasty together with bad teams and everyone was shook when I picked FIU. They’ve been on my radar for months and I rarely see anyone mention them on UA-cam. I was happy after when I saw them number 1😂 great video brotha💯

Hell ya on including Wyoming!!! That was my random go-to dynasty back in the day! Never even been to the state but I feel like it would be a fun school to go to in general.
Georgia Southern will always be my true love small school though. After already playing a couple of games with GSU, it's awesome that EA gave them the proper home field love. Comments are on point as well as the band and crowd cheers!!!

i locked in FIU as a joke bc of the “broward prison pipeline” coming straight to my door, but the area is genuinely insane for recruiting. heart of prime time miami dade with a lot of ability to draw recruits while having a good skeleton of a school to work with.
I'm hoping they can attract some insane recruits. We'll see!
In NCAA 12 maybe 13.. i rebuilt Miami Redhawks.. it took me 6 seasons to finally win a championship with them. I ended up winning 5 titles with them, then I left and went to another team. They were still able to win 2 more championships after I left. It was super fun and the one thing I missed about not having an NCAA title over the past 10 years. Cant wait to find another team to rebuild. My bro died 10 years ago in Dec and we always played together. So knowing he's not around to play this one sucks.

Lived near ECU and grew up near App both would be great options as far as cool schools. Eyeing UNR as a school too due to location and them having Brock Purdy’s brother at QB now

I went with the Charlotte 49ers. It’s rougher than rough but so far so good. I will see after the season if I’ll run it back or see if a bigger school wants me as coach. However, I may stay there for the challenge.

Working on a Louisiana Monroe rebuild. The school’s other traits are weak so it’s been a slowish rebuild. Coincidentally had General Booty as my QB so bonus points there
Did a random wheel spin with all the teams in the game and head/offensive/defensive
Unfortunately got the DC of New Mexico State. Going to bring the lobos to the big show and hopefully become a HC at a power 5 in 10 years 😂

I decided I'm doing unt for my first rebuild, since I live pretty close and they will be a interesting rebuild but I also thought about being a oc or dc for a bottom feeder and really starting from the bottom

Be cool if the more I improved and rebuilt my team I could upgrade stadium and uniforms. Go from adidas to Nike or Nike to under armor. Upgrade my weight room, players lounge, locker room etc…
Utsa, become the dominant school in Texas. Program is just past 10 years old and has taken great strides. Time to take them to another level.

SDSU is my 1st pick but I will have to look at SJSU. I love all MAC schools, love that conference and I think i played most of them in CF14.

I’m gonna start as the OC at Texas state, great jerseys and stadium, Texas recruiting, got a great QB to start with and there OC is a first year OC who never coached before he’s a former alumni QB so I’m gonna fill in for him

What’s funny is I choose to go to Marshall for my Offensive Coordinator job and my head coach left the next season for Michigan St and Cole Pennington transfer back to Kentucky.

Surprised The Arkansas State Red Wolves aren’t on this list… cool logo, cool uniforms and they only have to compete with Arkansas for instate recruiting and are bordered by Texas,Mississippi,Missouri, Louisiana, Tennessee and Oklahoma, that’s a pretty solid recruiting soil if you ask me that’s who I’m gonna build to a dynasty

SMU is a team I may use because of how good they was when I was a kid and then have never gotten back to that level after given the death penalty

I'd pick a small or unsuccessful school in Texas for the same reasons he picked FIU: great recruiting potential. I'm thinking Rice or UTSA just for unusual mascots. I'm reading that others played older NCAA FB games in Dynasty like I did: go from one bad team to another, build them up, win a Natty and move on. I've almost got Charlotte winning a 'ship by recruiting only 2-star players. I use a lot of transfers, seek out gems, and have an extensive redshirting program.
I do agree that ECU has the most aesthetically pleasing unis and stadium/field. Recruiting against four ACC schools in state, two ACC schools in Va, and Clemson & So Carolina in SC would be tough. GA and FL are no easier.
What is the best stadiums for 1 and 2 star teams. It's so frustrating to me that you can't take Kennesaw state to glory and still have the tiniest stadium ever with no chance of upgrading. Definitely think it needs to be revamped next year. Would be very rewarding to see facilities change as you grow the program.

Rebuild to me means that they were one on top of the nation but are currently a shell of their former self.
To me, that would be teams like Miami, Florida, Kansas State and Nebraska.

I’m a homer but ECU had 0 QB play last year. Brought in 2 upgrades, favorable schedule, an NFL CB, and a stout defensive front. A little harsh to be a 1-star team coming off 8 & 7 win seasons

I might go with ECU (rocking my favorite color in purple, the weren't good last year and CJ2K played there) Kennesaw State (harder to make them good and they are fresh in the FBS. Also, they were trash last year and I like their uniform.)

I'm a Buckeye alumni but don't want to do a dynasty with a top team, but I also don't know if I want a bottom dweller. I thought about starting with Miami because they're decent/good, has FL pipeline, etc. Idk though.

I’m not sure if I want to use a predetermined team or use team builder to bring in an FCS team Delaware is not going to be in the game yet and I kind of wanted to play them so I might just add them

UTSA (Texas San Antonio) was my favorite team to do a dynasty with from NCAA 14. Can't beat the Texas pipeline for recruiting.

kennesaw state is in metro atlanta itself so id hope you can get the atlanta metro recruits lol. In regards to marshall i cant really reccomend any sunbelt rebuild bc they really messed up w the sunbelt ratings. It is easily one of the best g5 conferences but they got random mac teams being better than schools like app state and jmu it just doesnt make sense.
I am going to use Hawaii. I know they will be a longer rebuild, but I'm in for the long haul. You have another Sub.

I would’ve switched Liberty with Sam Houston State. Recently won a natty at the FCS level. They have that Houston pipeline and even the scraps for all the Texas teams still have great players. Then another team on the list could’ve been Ball St, they’ve been trash or mid forever except that one random year they went 12-2 in 2008. Dominos creator, Garfield creator, ton of famous sports writers, and David Letterman went there. Your only real competition with in state recruiting would be Notre Dame because Indiana isn’t much of a threat.
I just had to add Liberty, having to 90 overall players is crazy for a small school like that lol. Sam Houston is a good option though for sure
@@PanoPrime yea I feel ya. It’s like back in the day when Boise State had Kellen Moore, Doug Martin, and all those guys. Not even fair to have that many highly ranked guys in a lower tier conference. Liberty depending on their D should go undefeated in the regular season again. Their HC has done it twice in 4 years.
