I am 5'2 and can squat 165 # and leg press 200#. Dead lift 200. Will I be able to move this pendulum. It looks heavy as hell. Do you know the weight of just the machine without weight?
Yes! I asked our head trainer and he guessimated you would be able to do working sets of 10 with an added 25 or 45 pound plate with those numbers. We tell people its about equivalent to a 100 lb squat with no added weight

I tried one of these at my gym gym yesterday and I could barely get 10 reps of just 25 pounds
it's a humbling machine! the lever arm is very long which makes the weight added feel extra heavy!
