      I've done M3 front control arms, dinan camber plates, koni orange + eibach springs (should've went with some KW V1 or something like that honestly)
      335ix rear swaybar (biggest OEM sway bar possible other than the M3 which is too aggressive for a "daily" without an LSD), F30 4 pot brembo brakes with HPS+ pads.

    I'm a bit lower down, got the 323i which is basically an untuned 325i. It has the N52 engine, another brilliant motor from BMW, straight 6 naturally aspirated. What I love most about the e90 is the interior and the sporty intimidating 'squat' look especially in the later LCI versions. Timeless.

And tbh you just have to find a stock one with low owners and all maintenance records and you won’t have to worry about anything breaking as long as you stay up on maintenance. Selling the 330i would kind of hurt the heart but the tun-ability of the 335i will soon make you forget haha. And corvettes are dope man, that would be nice

    I've had the pleasure of owing two different 335i's (e90, e92). Neither one gave had major issues aside from some leaks being remedied by my independent mechanic. The power of the N54 was mind blowing due to it being my first entry. The n55 was great but not brutal.
    As far as this review it really personifies my current view of the 335i. The host is low key, not getting too flashy but thorough with the analysis without getting too complicated.

    The N52 was short lived in the E9x cars being quickly replaced by the N53 which can be a royal pain in the arse. Biggest downside to the N52 in the E9x cars is that most are auto and the engine suits the manual better.

    • @muradcarson
      @muradcarson 7 місяців тому +3

      most likely the BMW PPK, which was options when purchasing the, comes with the PPK (power performance kit) tune which adds 20hp and more torque, a more agressive burble noise, aswell as a faster 0-75 time, if it has the PPK 2 which comes with the tune and the Performance exhaust which sounds amazing.

    • @FootToPedal
      @FootToPedal  7 місяців тому +1

      Yeah as far as I'm currently aware it is the stock exhaust, but it does seem loud compared to others I have heard on UA-cam. WHAT?? In what country did they release the E9X series in 2004?? Are you sure about that information because it might have been being developed during that time but from what I've understood it wasn't released anywhere until 2006. I even have a 2006 M3 which is an E46 of course. I know they've had over lapping years of release for some models in the past so perhaps it's true. But I didn't think there was a two year gap for any of them. I had a 1991 E36 325i from Japan back in the day which threw a wrench into a lot of peoples computers looking up parts and such for it. LOL.

    • @FootToPedal
      @FootToPedal  3 місяці тому

      If I recall the specifics correctly, I think the E90 was launched in December 2004 and went on sale in early 2005, presumably in Europe before North America. This will have just been the sedan model to begin with so there would have been overlap with the E46 generation, which I've seen happen with previous generations, E30 > E36 as you say. But yeah it would have had crossover with the E46 M3 which was made into 2006!
