    hello thanks for the knowledge i think this is a very good contnet but im not a native english speaker and i didnt understand well when to do this circuits and i would thank a lot if you explained me here . are those 4 trainings for the same day or just one at the time and when should i do the circuit as a warm up or after the bag work, at the end of the session thankyou very much

    Thank you for the amazing content of this channel, I have a question, you usually do for your athlete repeated sprint at treadmill, but isn't sprinting too general especially during the competition phase? I prefer to do at my athletes fartlek in the general preparation and after in the competitive phase do the high intensity conditioning as an interval training punching the heavybag. It seems to me that you don't do at athletes a lot of high intensity training directly at heavybag, why? Sorry for my bad english and thank you.

      No perform one per session 3-4 sets for each circuit
