That's a good question, haha. I honestly have not found a good solution yet. I used to keep all my recruitable heroes/villains in the base set box and kept everything else in the Villains box. I ran out of room for recruitable characters at the Ant-Man set and switched to this box (www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYYJ9QQ5). I was hoping it would hold everything because on Amazon it says it could hold, 2,700 sleeved cards and mine aren't even sleeved. Unfortunately, it barely can hold all the recruitable characters I have, so I still use the Villains box for everything else. I'm hoping to one day find something that can solve this problem in a nice portable way, but that may not be possible, hahaha.
