- For this ALL new DIY video I have another beautiful elegant home decor project. I show how I made this simple yet very elegant black and gold wall light / wall sconce using ALL Dollar Tree materials all thanks to your amazing response on the one I made three weeks ago. This sconce or wall light / wall lamp was inspired by several high end design I found online that cost hundreds of dollars.
I think this look is super simple yet very elegant and modern that makes a statement with the lights on or off. I think the X the lights make is so cool and that’s one of my favorite things about this project. This is a combo of glam, modern, and elegant decor all rolled into one. I hope you enjoy this easy project & have fun watching this brand new creation. I would love to know which one you like more. The X on this one is pretty neat but it’s hard to beat those rings. I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

I love it! I especially love how much of a hot mess it is behind... so how my crafts work. They look awesome, but if you take that off the wall or table and start snooping, you see my random solutions. I love it

I've been waiting on you today. How are you sissy? This lamp turned out very nicely. I see you're working with gold a little more now. It looks wonderful in this diy. I'm a silver girl myself, but I do mix the two in my home decor sometimes to give balance to the room. I like what you did with the handles. I've seen you do this technique in one or two of your previous diys. Thanks for sharing your tip to making them stick together. Hey sissy, I had to grab a bite to eat as soon as I wrapped up my editing. Awe you've been waiting on me, you're so sweet. Yes girl, I'll be doing some glam Fall Diys. I was gonna wait until the first or second week of Sept. I went thru my storage building yesterday. That was an all day event, lol. I felt like I had new stuff bc it's been so long since I saw some of the materials I came across. Yeah I'm playing a little with the gold but I'm a silver girl too. Every time I've used gold it surprised how much I like it. The thing with gold is there are so many different shades of gold it's hard to make something flow with a variety of materials. Unlike silver it's just ..... silver.
