Hello, I have created this in our Salesforce org for a custom object we have called “pricing requests”. I am wanting to track the time in each stage as you show in this video and on the OPfocus webpage. The issue I am having is the new “request stage change record” is being created when changing the stage manually; however, it is mot creating a record if the stage is changed by another process builder or approval process. Any advice on this?

instead of a field for each stage can you help me know how to create a single field which displays duration of current stage?
