After one and half day of hard work (CC Tiket 2 for WP810 ) updating firmware, i came to know that firmware file was not unzipped. Have good time and keep it up

Can you assist me in upgrading the firmware to one single phone? I have the file gxp2160fx.bin and don't know what to do next. The firmware thats on my phone is 1.0.5.2 so the menu system shown on the computer is different then yours. Also there is no place for me to drag and drop the file and I don't have an ftp server to link the file too. Any assistance would be appreciated.
BTW this does not work for me. "1. From Grandstream firmware server. Users could directly upgrade the GXP2130/GXP2140/GXP2160 to the official firmware version using Grandstream firmware server via HTTP. Please point your GXP2130/GXP2140/GXP2160 to firmware.grandstream.com and select upgrade via HTTP and reboot the phone."
The simplest way is to set the firmware address settings to use http and the address to firmware.grandstream.com
It should be set to check or reboot. At that point simply rebooting the phone should allow it to update.
There are other ways to do it, but if this doesn't work, send me an email and we can talk through it!

I just upgraded my GXP 1620 but in System Info i see Prog 1.0.4.132 (which is OK) but in Boot
i see 1.0.2.1. Is this OK?

compre una Camara GVC3210 y un GAC2500, me dijeron que funcionaba con Skype y con Hangouts, voy hacer una llamada por skype desde GVC3210 y NO reproduce ningun sonido por el GAC2500 (osea no funciona) en el GAC2500 no deja instalar GOOGLE PLAY, NO FUNCIONA GOOGLE SERVICES. INSTALA HANGOUTS, PERO NO FUNCIONA POR QUE GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES NO SIRVE, etc etc etc. personalmente NO sirve. Y NI HABLAR DEL SOPORTE, NO SABEN NADA Y SOLO LE MANDAN LINK PARA QUE UNO REVISE
Grandstream's firmware utilities are an embarrassment to the company and the industry in general.. They should cut you in on the profits for making sense of it.
