Yes, I watched a video of QSERF, and the start of the meltdown, it's announcements had nearly identical wording and even voice tones to Crystal Research Laboratories' announcements at the start of the meltdown.

Yeah, the developers or some other high ranked people ban people for unknown reasons.
I even heard that someone got banned on this game for not liking My Little Pony.
