what if the ir of my tv was broken and u got this is ut work properly or not?

It will not work it just repeat the ir signal.. which has no impact on tv.. tv should have working ir module..

like remote that is using usb as a receiver?
cause my hisense smart tv doesn't have compatible modules in the market anymore so i could find replacement

I am afraid I haven't heard about that kind of product.. I think you have to change the tv panel.. as quick google search reveals many users have similar problems.. and they dont have any solution to this....
